We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Inside, soft lighting, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful details create a calm retreat just minutes from Denver’s favorite destinations.
Sleeping arrangements
With 5 bedrooms and 6 beds, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and Roku TV. Two additional upstairs bedrooms offer a king and a queen bed, while the lower level provides two more rooms - one with a queen, the other with a queen and twin bed. Each room includes bed linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets for cozy nights.
Living spaces
The open main floor connects a relaxed living area with a Smart TV and sectional sofa to a dining space and fully equipped galley kitchen. Downstairs, a second lounge doubles as a game den with another Smart TV, foosball table, and board games - perfect for family evenings after a day exploring snowy trails or the nearby city.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, mini fridge, and coffee maker. A dining table provides a comfortable spot to gather for meals or late-night chats while the snow falls outside. Essentials like cookware, dishes, and coffee are provided so you can settle in with ease.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience, each stocked with bathroom essentials and bright lighting. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, along with a hair dryer for guest use.
Outdoor living
Step out to the covered patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. Even in winter, the fenced backyard offers a peaceful space for fresh air or for pets to stretch their legs. The area remains tranquil year-round, surrounded by quiet residential streets and easy access to local parks.

Set in Centennial’s rolling hills just south of Denver, the home is near popular spots like The Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, and Park Meadows Mall. Downtown Denver is about 20 to 25 minutes away, while outdoor destinations like Cherry Creek State Park and Red Rocks Amphitheatre are within easy reach. After a winter day in the city or exploring nearby trails, return to a warm, quiet space to unwind by the fire.
Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
