We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please feel free to contact us via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Our retreat offers a peaceful suburban setting while being conveniently located near popular destinations such as The Streets of Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall and downtown Denver.

Crisp Colorado air fills the fenced yard while the nearby trails and parks invite exploration. Inside, warm tones, plush seating, and spaces designed for gathering offer comfort through chilly autumn days and cool Denver evenings.

Spacious living
Designed for families and groups, the home comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 full baths. The main floor’s open layout connects a cozy living area with a Smart TV and sectional sofa to a dining space and fully equipped galley kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. Downstairs, a second lounge doubles as a game den with a Smart TV, foosball table, and board games – perfect for relaxed evenings indoors.

Sleeping arrangements
The master suite offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and Roku TV. Two additional upstairs bedrooms feature a king and a queen bed, while the lower level includes two more bedrooms – one with a queen, the other with a queen and twin – ideal for families or friends traveling together. Each room includes bed linens, room-darkening shades, and extra blankets for restful nights.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide ample space for guests, each with bright lighting and a shower or shower/tub combination. Bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, along with soft towels and a hair dryer.

Outdoor living
Step out to a covered patio equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. The fenced backyard offers a secure space for both kids and pets to enjoy the crisp Centennial air.

Comfort and convenience
Amenities include air conditioning, heating, ceiling and portable fans, and an indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. A washer and dryer, iron, and safe add ease to longer stays. The home also features fast Wi-Fi, an ethernet connection, and self check-in via keypad.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is ready for any meal with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, and coffee maker. A dining table provides space for shared meals or quiet breakfasts before heading out to explore.

Family and pet-friendly
A Pack ’n Play and high chair make traveling with little ones easier, while pets are welcome (fee applies).

Neighborhood
Located south of Denver, Centennial is known for its rolling hills, parks, and nearby trails like the Highline Canal and Willow Creek Trail. You’ll be just minutes from The Streets at Southglenn, Denver Tech Center, and Park Meadows Mall, with downtown Denver less than 25 minutes away. After a day exploring city sights or mountain paths, return to unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a quiet evening on the patio.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

There are two fireplaces on site, but they are currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
