Wonderful Property

We traveled to Denver for an Avs game. This property was perfect! The home was extremely clean; hosts were responsive and accommodating; and the location was very convenient. It was all we hoped it would be.

Lovely cozy home!

My family and I looked forward to coming back here at the end of the day. All we needed with comfy beds, coffee, tvs in each room. The back yard made it very easy with our pups! If we come back to this area, definitely will stay here again!

Great Aravada Location

Perfect Landing Spot

This home is beautiful and well furnished. It is close to everything - Old Town Arvada, Rino art district, LoDo, Red Rocks, Idaho Springs and so much more. There are great restaurants within a mile. You cannot go wrong if you stay here!

Wonderful place in great location!

I would definitely book this place again! It was in a great location, within 15-30 minutes of Red Rocks, Boulder, Golden and Denver! This location was in Arvada, which is a quaint, fun little town. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed, plus a wonderful back yard with gas fireplace and chairs to sit out and enjoy the evenings!

Perfect “Home away from Home”

My sisters and I get together in a different city every September. We chose this cute house for the 4 of us because of the layout and that it’s within walking distance to Old Town Arvada. The property was exactly as described and was very clean. We loved the chic decor and the back yard dining space and fire table. The house was furnished with just about anything you would need and communication with the owners was great. We didn’t need a car as we were able to walk to town for the shops and restaurants and took the light rail into Denver

Cute little place close to food

I'ts a cute little home and close to restaurants. Two quick fix downsides I'm sure they can address are the home is super bright in the mornings and throughout the day due to the white privacy window covers. It is impossible to sleep in past 6am when the sun rises in the morning. We had to go to walmart to buy 14 black towels to cover all the the windows. It's the only way you'll be able to sleep in and control the sun. Even the front and side door are primarily glass so there no privacy and the sun beams if you dont cover them. The other quick adjustment would be the front sprinklers. Not sure who set the timer that way but they seem to turn on an absurd number of times per day at each station so the grass is always wet. So your dogs paws will constantly have to be dried off and youll get wet walking through the sprinklers. Again great little place but hopefully theyll address these 2 issues for the next visitors.
