Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty trash inside and backyard. Place in trash bin in front yard. Load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and run it on normal cycle. Strip all beds and start sheets into washer on warm temperature.
If you staying on a Monday night please wheel out trash bins to street. Please trash bins to the right of driveway.
Close and lock all windows, turn off thermostat, lock up and text Michelle to let her know that you checkout of property (720) 257-3145. Check out is at 10:30am.

Big cozy couch

We all enjoyed the big cozy couch. The location of the property to bus stops and everything we wanted to do in and outside of the city was the biggest plus of the property. The house was overall was perfect, though the beds were on the firm side.

The house was awesome :) Close to grocery stores and restaurants (which was a huge plus) The location is a tad tricky to get in and out with the busy street, but it wouldn't keep us from staying again! We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Denver Weekend September 2024

This property was the perfect spot for our stay. It was close to the city and easy to get to and from everywhere we needed to go. Michelle and Manny were very communicative throughout the whole process and were wonderful hosts. I would absolutely recommend this location as a place to stay for anyone that is looking to plan a trip to the Mile High City.

Good Location to Access Denver Activities

This property was very clean and well-appointed. It suited our needs for a location that allowed us to be close to Denver sites and activities and proved to be a great base for our travels. The owner was immediately responsive when we had questions and provided clear information to make our stay very enjoyable. The location is off a busy street but noise was not a problem and it also allowed us to access main roads to be able to get to locations around Denver as efficiently as possible.

Came for the Stones concert

Location was nice, close to lake( which is great for walking around) grocery store and Target, and Mile High Stadium. On a busy street, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, however felt well protected, with privacy fence! Nice and roomy, however less beds then the ad said. We did enjoy our stay and would certainly stay again!!

The perfect spot

We (my spouse and I) rented the residence to celebrate the Christmas holiday with our children and grandbabies. We had a wonderful time and it was so helpful to have the grocery store, target, and a liquor store within a 5 minute walk from the house….so convenient for last minute items. The owners were quick to respond and so helpful with suggestions on things to do, places to eat. We will hopefully get another opportunity to stay there again in the near future. Thank you so much for helping us create a lifetime of holiday memories.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was nice and clean. We stayed extra days to see the sites. Only negative was the traffic in front of house made it a little challenging to get in and out of driveway at times. Also the noise from the street. We are used to little to no traffic in front of our home.overall we would recommend it to someone else.

Nice, Clean Home Great Communication with Host

There were 4 adults staying in the home for an extended girls’ weekend. Very clean home, comfortable furnishings, nice amenities to make us feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were so friendly, and great with communication with a couple tiny issues we had. If we had young children the backyard would be great as it was fenced in and had a nice play area. Literally the only downside was that the house is located on a busy street so I could not go out the front door and take a neighborhood walk. But I knew that when I made the reservation so I was not disappointed in the location. Plus side to this is that it is centrally located to see many Denver area sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall we were happy with our stay. The hosts were excellent, friendly communicators who responded quickly to questions. The home was clean, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, lots of nice bath towels were provided, the living room couch was large and comfortable to fit us all, and we appreciated there were things like toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap available upon arrival. Overall it was way better than staying in a hotel as a family.Downsides: The description boasts the location, and while there was a shopping center and a public park with a lake very close by, the area in general was extremely rundown with lots of shutdown businesses, construction, and unhoused people. The area didn't feel safe or nice for walking around. The home is only accessible from one side of a busy road, so it wasn't easy to get to. Disappointing aspects inside the home included: only one smart TV in the living room, the TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work at all, remotes didn't have batteries, lighting throughout was awful (many lamps didn't work, lights that did work were fluorescent, the stove light included two exposed hanging bulbs); there were zero food storage options in the kitchen (no Tupperware, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or ziplock bags); there was one butter knife; and it was difficult to be quiet when others were sleeping due to creaky floorboards, doors, and doorknobs. Perhaps the fact that the house is listed for sale is a factor in the lack of upkeep.
