Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our family who was in town for a wedding. The kitchen was big and well stocked, and there was plenty of room for family meals. One thing to note is that all of the sleeping spaces are either upstairs or downstairs, which was a little challenging for my elderly parents.

Great location but so many small issues…

From from the moment we walked in, the bleach smell was overpowering on the main floor but not everything was clean. The house is older and is in need of some TLC, from some broken cabinets, shower head, etc. The air conditioning broke during our stay and had a communication issue so we didn’t have ac for one of the nights. it was just a lot of back and forth with the company that we had to deal with to get it fixed. Trash pickup never happened and we couldn’t throw away garbage easily at all because the garbage from the group before us was not cleared out the whole time of our stay. It’s a good space for groups, just was not ideal because we had to constantly deal with the Air simplicity company and not focus on our vacation. Overall, the location of the house is great in between Denver and the Rocky Mountains, with plenty of eating places nearby.

The house needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Almost everything we used in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use it. Ended up buying paper plates, cups and utensils. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Perfect for our family get-together

We all enjoyed our stay in this large clean house and especially liked the pretty fenced backyard. The home is in a nice family neighborhood which is a very short walk away from a park, which our grandkids loved.This older home has good sized bedrooms, plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. We were happy to find that plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and laundry soap were provided.
