Absolutely horrendous. Don’t let the nice pictures fool you. The place was overridden with homeless people, the room reeked of mold, and the front staff was completely useless. I ended up leaving there without sleeping the night. When I left (during their posted hours), the front desk person was nowhere to be found. Stay FAR FAR away.

The staff could not control the noise from the guest on the 2nd floor late at night. The power was turned off in the entire building for hours. The dogs were pooping in front of the main entrance and no one would clean it. Manager said he would give me a better rate than what I was paying, only for me to pay 50 dollars more than what I originally paid. Entire disaster

Uufffda. Rare I leave a bad review but this one took the cake. The people on duty were just as frustrated as guests. “Management” was MIA. I was booked for 4 nights but bailed after 3. It was a budget & extended stay so transient & voucher guests are to be expected. But it was so close to my jobsite I went anyway. The “ no smoking near entrance” wasn’t well enforced but inside was policed well. The laundry facilities were well maintained & great machines. The physical plant was meh in quality & upkeep. The elevator didn’t work for nearly all my stay. Morning coffee was hit n miss. No big deal except the “full kitchen” was really a fridge, microwave & two burner stove top. No utensils, no cups no glasses no plates no cookware. Etc. They would, however, sell you those items. Not check them out and leave a deposit. Just sell you some. But for $50 a day I guess it severed its purpose. Sadly the power was turned off during 3rd day ( per front desk ) so I left & went elsewhere. No refund

When I arrived at 1 am, they didn't have my reservation, however I was still charged for the room. I had to book an entirely new room, which when I finally got to it, everything was dirty. I called the front desk to get clean linens and towel.

Very nice place to stay for an extended stay. Very many people who live humble life’s and if you have a little more to offer and need to be humbled come here. Because I can say for myself the guests and staff are amazing people. And the rooms are like little organized apartments with stove, microwaves and fridges. Also has a gym. Two Thumbs up.

The lady at the front desk refused to let me check in over the phone. I was arriving late. I was traveling from Arizona to Denver and went through some snowstorms so it took longer than had planned I already paid for the room online and the lady said she would check me in when I got there and I kept her updated I showed up and she said that the computer kicked me out of the system as a no-show so she made me pay again to stay then gave me attitude at the front desk because I told her that I shouldn’t have to pay twice to stay for a couple hours. She proceeded to put me in a handicapped room that was already used and dirty, then got upset with me when I asked her for a different room. I’ve had other experiences there. That was the worst one I’ve had I will never go back.
