Clean house, close to the hospital and the airport, if you are looking for something by either. The homeowner checked in to make sure we were coming, and everything went smoothly with check-in. Still waiting for the 1500 deposit to be returned, booked in advance, so have been getting interest charges for 4 months now. Would prefer the deposit be applied closer to check-in rather than at booking (back in April) to avoid unnecessary interest.
