Whale view hideaway

This condo exceeded our expectations for a quiet weekend away! Sitting in the hot tub watching the whales spouting just off shore was majestic. We enjoyed the condo's updated beach decor and quiet location (we could hear the upstairs neighbors toilet flushing though ). We highly recommend staying here. This property was perfect. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The hot tub was wonderful, and the view cant be beat! We watched sea lions daily from tge living room. Quiet property too. sealions floating around ppatpatiodoor.

Great place to relax

We have come here many times. We keep coming back! Our unit was perfect for us. We love being close to the ocean, watching the waves crash on the rocks. We had all we needed in the unit and it was very clean. The location is great - walking distance to Depoe Bay with its cute shops and great restaurant (Tidal Raves).

Great view just don’t use the hot tub

The view from the back patio is amazing especially at night. That said we got in the hot tub the first night and the chemicals were SO strong (smelled of bleach not chlorine) we had to get out after 5 min and run to the shower to get it off. Overall would stay again but as a hot tub owner this was absolutely ridiculous and unsafe.

This is such an amazing updated property that we even extended our stay to enjoy the King Tides!We really appreciated our host and all the amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, fireplace and private hot tub. Come for the ocean, stay for the Whales

My wife and I had an absolutely fabulous time here. We weren't expecting to see whales 50 feet from the rocks, but glad there were binoculars to see them. We sat outside and just watched the whales for hours. Plus we saw seals, sea lions, and a set of dolphins! Inside, the space was decorated perfect and very comfortable. Sitting on the chairs just inside the sliding door was awesome when it was chilly. It's also one of the best stocked kitchens we've ever seen - so much so we baked a cake and cornbread. We coulda stayed here longer but life happens...

Can’t say enough great things about this condo on our stay. The interior was clean and comfortable. Loved that they had a powder room along with the main bathroom suite! So luxurious for the two of us. We didn’t do much cooking, but the appliances we did use were excellent. My husband loved the hot tub on the patio. A private hot tub was a rare amenity in the area! Finally, the sea life. Whales all day every day. Every time we walked in the door and opened the patio door, we heard a spout. We even got a peek of a few seals! You can’t beat the view or location. Quiet at the residence but walkable to town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet getaway on the outskirts of Depoe Bay

This condo is beautiful and private as it is a corner unit. When we stayed we only saw one or two people on the walking path that runs by the unit. Hot tub is a great addition to sit outside and watch the waves. We had the pleasure of seeing a couple spouts from whales in the distance with the binoculars provided. Definitely would stay at this rental again!

This condo offered everything I hoped for and beyond! The sounds of the waves crashing on the shoreline, the MULTIPLE views of grey whales from sun up to sun down right out the front window, the breathtaking sunsets, the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable seating, the cozy fireplace, the cute gift shops, cafe's, and coffee shops just up the road... all provided me the PERFECT setting for a refreshing, relaxing, and renewing time away.

Horrible management company

We never even layed eyes on the property. 7 days before our arrival, Blue Pacific called to tell me that there was suddenly maintenance scheduled for the rental. They offered 2 "alternatives". One was in Depoe Bay, but didn't have the hot tub that I had searched for and booked intentionally. I was informed that it "wasn't important"...like she thought she could decide that for me. The other property was in Lincoln City. So one option wasn't anything like I wanted, and the other wasn't even in the same town. They refused to just refund my money, insisting that their alternative properties were on par with the one I had originally booked. Don't ever rent from Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals. This isn't the first complaint I've seen about them, but we'll see if this one even makes it into the reviews. Spend your money elsewhere.
