"Clean"

"Everything was perfect "

"The pool door wasn’t operating well so we kept getting locked in the pool area, then yelled at when we propped it open so we could get out. Also, the ice machines were out of service on multiple floors. They also ran out of towels and didn’t have any for awhile at the pool (this happened both days we were there). But overall the hotel was VERY clean, was right next to a river and had some outside seating which was nice. When they refreshed our room in between nights staying, they organized my daughters stuffies on the bed and left a nice note. It made her smile. The hotel is close to a business district that was pretty neat and had an “old market” feel. Overall I’d recommend staying here, just had some issues with some of the amenities. "

"The apartment was exquisite in decor. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was very nice furnished with plenty of appliances for a longer stay. Parking right beside the entrance and the beds (queen & twins) were very comfortable. We’d like to coma again and stay longer. "

"Great location for us-near Tanganyika, local shops and food options and adjacent to airport. Hotel itself was fine- we didn’t spend a lot of time there- it was a place to sleep and clean up. Needs a facelift, felt aged. Beds were comfy, pillows were great so it definitely met our needs"

"What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too. "

"The hotel staff were all excellent & friendly. The hotel and are were all well kept & clean. Very short walk over to the Kansas Star Casino. Restaurant were not easily accessible for younger crowd."

"Breakfast MNonday 3-23-26 was terrible. Egg omelette an:potatoes;sliced sausage was no good. Muffin was good. 3 morningsd ina row the No caffeine coffe was either too strong or cold!. In Bight mgr , instead I will fix it, only had a excuse for the reason it was.?"
