I travel quite a bit but require very little. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. The entry lights and lamps were all plugged in and worked. The bed was comfortable. There were places to eat within a short distance. It checked all my boxes, a bed, a bath and a place to eat.

We needed a wheelchair accessible shower but wasn’t able to get a room that was accessible at all for handicapped wheelchair guests. But the staff were very helpful friendly and nice!

1st room had a broken toilet. The second room we were moved to the door lock was broken. 3rd room is fine except there was dog hair on bed and blood drops on the chair. The remote had dead batteries. The staff has been helpful with the issues as they have come up. The staff is not the issue.

The great: No issues with my 95 lbs. GSD service dog! The Good: Our bed was was comfortable, King bed, was comfortable with enough pillows for my wife and I. The TV, Microwave and refrigerator all worked. The Bad: Older two story hotel with no elevator. The main sign outside is torn in half and there is garbage everywhere outside. The Ugly: Maintenance. Enamel was peeling off the shower walls. Hard to get the sink to stop running. And just don't look in the closet. Please.

Some good things, mostly an average stay.

The most important positive is that the room was clean. However the state of repair was lacking and detracted from my overall impression. The provided desk chair had one armrest which was detached and just left hanging. There was part of maybe a lamp(?) lying on the desk , and multiple patched places on the walls and in the tub/shower. TV was older, but worked fine. The electric outlets seemed functional, microwave and refrigerator worked. Bathroom was functional and clean, although the toilet flushed very slowly. Basic toiletries that were provided were adequate. Provided breakfast was standard for this class of hotel... Muffins, waffle machine, cereal, yogurt, etc. I did like that the yogurts offered were a variety of flavors rather than all being a single flavor. Staff were exceedingly friendly. The pool was still closed, so I can't rate it. The location is okay... A gas station is adjacent to the property , so very convenient to fill up. There are several restaurants nearby within .5 mile. Although not a huge selection of food choices, and the quality of some is perhaps "iffy", at least it's more convenient than needing to drive several minutes down the road to find something to eat.

The room was below average but I expected that because of the price, the service for the most part was excellent. This is because of the young man who is at the front desk almost 24/7, I didn't get his name, sorry to say. But there is one issue I had, the last day I was there I had to work early and was going to book the room for another night. I tried several times on the site I had booked with but the hotel wouldn't take just one night. I called the property to fix this and I spoke to a woman, the manager, Pinky is what she goes by, that is all the info about this person that I could find out. When I spoke to this woman I explained my situation to her. Told her I had to leave early for work and I wanted to book another night, told her I tried the website and failed to book, I told her I was at work and couldn't get there before checkout to give her the cash but they I had a friend in the room who would gladly pay it for me. However my friend had lost his phone the night before and was unreachable to me, this lady agreed to go to the room and explain this to him and have him call me so I could keep the room. I didn't want to lose my 50 dollar deposit because I had borrowed it and was to return it at checkout. I was under the assumption that she had spoke to him and the room was paid. This was not the case, she had lied to me and as a result I lost the 50$. Bottom line is do not trust this woman if you stay at this motel. She is not there for the good of the client

The double entry doors to the lobby were not working. You had to manually slide them open and closed. I stayed there for 2 days. In that time i only saw one employee. Managing the front desk. House keeping and janitorial. In all fairness he tried to do the best he could. (Credit for his loyalty to the owners of the hotel) The sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets on bed. On the 2nd day the guy handed me clean sheets at the front desk for me to make the bed myself. Lobby floor was so dirty it made my shoes stick to floor and carpet. Parking lot had cars with windows broken out. Some of the people seemed very sketchy. I travel all over the country for work and i don't believe I have stayed in a hotel this bad for 20 plus years.

Worse experience ever! After having to manually open and close the automatic front doors when I asked about the continental breakfast I was informed that they stopped providing that last week. Not believable. Was given a second floor room even though there was clearly no one staying there..Hmmm...the HVAC unit had no outside cover and was very noisy. No smoke alarm...this place should be closed down!!!

I did not even stay there. I tried calling several times and did not get a response before I arrived. When I pulled up the big Quality Inn Sign was not even there. I had to open both of the sliding doors to enter. Nobody was even at the front desk. There was a number to call so I called and it was for the phone at the front desk which nobody was there. They charged me for my room last month and I would like my money back. I went across the street to a Holiday Inn Express. I feel as if I was scammed.

On the website this hotel looks clean and new but when you get there you can tell they altered their pictures online. Our room smelled like cat pee and needed a really good cleaning. Breakfast consisted of dry cereal and waffles. It was a joke. The only decent thing about our stay was the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They didn’t have the room type we booked. Likely because half the room’s are not acceptable to the incredibly low standards. The room we did get was not clean, the bed was not clean (mystery crusted white stains, grass in the sheets, human or dog hair on the pillows), the toilet was gross, the shower sprayed all over the room. The front desk guy just wasn’t there - he did arrive relatively quickly after calling. The front doors don’t work. The water temp is not adjustable. The whole place smells like smoke. The parking lot is sketchy. Would be a 0/10.
