「Walking distance to stadiun」

「Great place for families」

「We were warm while we slept due to only 2 window ac units in bedrooms and only 1 fan. Would have been nice to have ac turned on to cool house for our arrival. We thought an ac added to living room would cool down all rooms. It unexpected to be asked to take off shoes but left our feet black when we did that. We did enjoy some charming accents, woodwork but would not stay again in summer with only 2 window ac units.」

「Very clean, basic studio apt. Excellent communication from owner. Good location」

「Great place」

「I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting family. Always a pleasant and comfortable stay. The shower felt amazing」

「I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed...

「All Good」

「Great location for Dyngus Day! Everything was brand new. Easy to find. More than enough street parking. Host answered all our questions. Beds were comfy. 」

「Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here.」

「Small unit behind the main house. The two steps at entry were quite high. A challenge for senior citizens. Also a step down to two main bedrooms and a step down to tv room. Bedrooms on one side of the house were too warm and on the other side were in sync with A/C. Location was very convenient. But also close to less than desirable neighborhoods. We had everything we needed and host checked in to make sure we did. Would we stay there again? Probably not.」

「We had a great stay at the house. We had 7 adults, 2 toddlers and 2dogs in our group. We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, which made getting ready for the wedding really convenient. There was plenty of parking and a nice yard for the dogs. The host was easy to work with and provided all the sheets and plenty of towels. We were very pleased with our stay!」

「Everything about the weekend was great. We had some initial concern about the address of the property, as it did not seem to be the same as what I had seen in the listing, but Patrice cleared up any confusion with a quick response to our email.I would definitely stay here again!David」

「Easily one of the worst stay experiences we’ve had in our 5 years of using short-term rentals. Inaccurate address included in the listing. Reported mold, ants, door handle/frame damage, and air conditioning concerns with minimal and flippant communication from the host. The apartment itself is in disrepair and in dire need of a deep clean and functional updates. Yes, it served its purpose for housing my family short-term, but required many out-of-pocket expenses to make it livable, even short...
