“I am giving this hotel a low rating because the advertised room rate was misleading once the additional charges were added. Being hit with a $40 per night resort fee along with parking charges significantly increased the actual cost of the stay. Resort fees feel sneaky and dishonest when they are not clearly reflected in the upfront pricing. Because of that experience, I will not stay here again, especially since I travel to Bend frequently and have many other lodging options available.”

“Good room size for family and pet. But the service is not satisfied. I asked for some tea bags for three times, finally they sent me the tea bags after 15 hours. ”

“We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Pillows were soft the bed was firm but comfortable for us. Long hallways. Anyways I……

“Everything was great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the front desk clerk was especially friendly and welcoming. We were only there for a short stay — checking in late and leaving early — but we had a great night’s sleep and a very pleasant experience overall.”

“I got locked out of my room the last day the battery went dead on the door fob and i was stuck because the front desk stated there was no maintenance and she had to call to get guided through. Other than that it was a nice stay.”

“We had a great night here. Walked to the Hayden Amphitheater for a show. Easy 20 minute walk downhill to get there and uphill back. This place is a gem !”
