Such a unique property. Very relaxing adult space with peace and tranquility. We will definitely be back. We loved the pool and hit tub. Our airstream was super stylish and clean.

Very cool concept and the property is well maintained (outside). However, the airstream we thought we booked was not what was given to us. I'm assuming you don't get the option to choose the theme although each room listing has different photos. The private mineral bath was the selling point for us but we couldn't even use it once. Ours did not come with a canopy for privacy and shade nor lights for a night time bath. During the day time, the sun was too hot and at night it was too dark to see. The metal bench by the patio was useless unless to dry your swimsuits. Room set up was good and spacious but the cleanliness was subpar. Little bit of dust and hairs were found throughout as well as a little blood stain in the bathroom. Water temperature was a bit hard to gauge. There were makeup wipes provided which half of them were dried up and turned yellow. Toiletries were not locked so it could not be tampered with. They leave you a dirty sponge under the sink to use. Although the tea sachets from Smith's was nice. The A/C unit isn't the strongest and a little finicky but it kept us somewhat cool. Just don't expect the cool air to reach the other end of the airstream. The bed was comfortable and the pool was the highlight. We tried to reach out to mangement a few times but no response each time. Although our expectations were not met, we just tried to make the most of it and actually enjoyed our time there. We may book again and try to get a different airstream next time.

Check in process was quick and easy, lady was friendly. We had no other interaction with employees. Property is super cute and clean with sidewalks and lights and landscaping. Love how cars are parked outside the fence it keeps the area clear so you can really admire the airstreams. The Pool(warm) and hot tub( HOT) are great sizes, we were the only ones ever in them. They do supply towels ( if not rolled up on chairs, just ask for them) Now to the Airstream, it was super cute!!!! We had a handicap accessible one. Bed and bedding was super nice, we used both AC and heat while we were there. Both make a difference real fast in a small area. Had coffee maker, dishes, microwave and fridge. Dish soap and sponge provided. Since this was ADA airstream the bathroom was sink toilet shower all in one. Not sure how others are set up! Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, towles, and robes were all provided. Only 2 complaints, doors didnt close great so privacy in bathroom wasnt great. Windy as heck while we were there and the wind hitting the windows(didnt close tight)by your head was super loud and kept us up all night. Bring ear plugs!! Location is all what your there for! Super quiet peaceful, beautiful view of the Mountains. There are grocery stores, Mc Donald's, Mexican Restaurant and Starbucks, not much more. 15 min drive down into palm springs, Tramway, hour to Joshua Tree. WINDY as heck, 15 degrees colder there then down in PS or Desert Springs.

The entire resort was beautiful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The mineral pools are amazing and so relaxing! The airstream is well set up and the beds are super comfortable!! I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back.

I love this spot!! It was a perfect small compact space for just me and I loved it and all the amenities. I loved the heated pool and definitely would go back. My only complaint would be the ceiling isn’t that high anyone at 5’11 or taller would be tight but it’s not a reason why I wouldn’t go back.

The check in was beyond easy! We loved the super cozy bed. The shower had great water pressure and we were pleasantly surprised as to how roomy it was! I recommend staying here, we will return.

Acres Landing is a hidden gem in Desert Hot Springs, CA. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a beautiful mineral water pool and hot tub open 24 hours. My camper was comfortable and functional and I appreciated the quick walk to coffeehouses and restaurants. If you’re looking for a unique glamping experience in Southern California, look no further than Acres Landing.

It says that it takes time for the water to warm Up! I ran water for an hour and never got even like warm water much less hot water for a shower. I understand it’s “glamping” but I at least need warm water.
