The perfect place!

Felt like home

Great location. Clean and up to date. Home decor was nice, not to over crowded with random decor. Plenty of room. Access to pool. Only wish it came with a golf cart and that their was a water house to connect to the spigot in the garage. Would definitely stay there again

Great location, not very clean.

This place had potential to be perfect! It’s a great location, safe neighborhood & great layout. Unfortunately the cleanliness was just not up to par. We walked around the house for ~2 hours without shoes and our feet turned black. We found clothing under the bed. There were personal belongings in the chairs and there were foot prints on the walls. It definitely could’ve benefited from a DEEP clean.

Our stay

Overall the stay was nice, the cleanliness of the home was not. There was sand all in the bathtubs, dead and alive cockroaches, the floors we're not clean, the washing machine was filled with sand and There was a minor inconvenience with the refrigerator. The original fridge was not working and they brought a "loaner" fridge and put it in the garage, the kitchen is on the second floor. There was also blood stains on the cushions on both sides up on the patio.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good as well as the surrounding areas. We felt like we were in a safe location. The house layout worked out perfect for us. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The company should hire someone to come in a do a deep clean every so often. The walls were pretty filthy. Mold in the bathrooms. Dust and crumbs in corners and behind things.
