Walking in I loved the place. Very clean and pleasant. Just what i needed. The only thing i would change would be the bed(it was a hard bed) and the tub was slick and I slipped getting into. But other then that is was beautiful. Easy direct access to the beach plus the splash pads for the kids. Highly recommended!!

Looked like furniture from a frat house, scrounged from a dumpster. Rugs n furniture were missing. Security locks rigged like zombie apocalypse.

This unit was dirty and needs some updates. Paint would do wonders. Floors were tore up. I was very disappointed. We have stayed numerous times at the SunDestin through scenic stays and never had an issue. I will not use Vacasa again. They did however try to make it right but overall just a disappointment.

Loved nothing. Carpet was very dirty had socks on and the bottom looked like I walked outside. Sofa and love seat was also dirty. Put sheets down to sit on them. Hall way had a smell to it. Just think the whole place needed a good deep cleaning. I definitely wouldn't go back there. Threshold between kitchen and living room was broken up . Screen door wouldn't slide.

Overall great place to stay! They were in the process of remodeling but it didn’t affect me at all. The only issue I had was it was a hard bed and the tub was slick when trying to get in. But other than that it was just the right size for what I needed and extremely clean.

Right on the beach, on the 4th floor, which is perfect because the elevators can get congested at times. Room was great, air was cold, partial view of the ocean from balcony. Close to restaurants and everything. Will book here again!!
