Great vacation experience

Fantastic option if looking for a vacation home in the Destin area. The location in a quiet gated community a short walk to the beach was very convenient. Access to the community pool and tennis court a plus.

Perfect location! Beautiful home!

We loved this house! It was beautifully kept and in a perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach! Loved the access to a large heated pool, hot tub and tennis court. Would definitely return to this location!

Great Christmas stay

We had a great stay. The home is lovely. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any home we have ever rented. We had a couple issues that we discovered when we arrived and they were dealt with promptly. Great experience and we will be back!

Well appointed property

Great home with plenty of space for our family of eight. Very nice gated community with friendly neighbors The owner was very responsive to questions and requests. Overall, a great place to create some wonderful vacation memories!

Great Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay. We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked. There were extra beach chairs in the closet. We might try to get this one again or a vacation next year.

Amazing Vacation

Our recent stay was our first to Destin and we LOVED it. The house was amazing and fit my big family in it perfectly. The walk to the pool and beach were not bad at all. We managed to do it with 1,2, and 3 year olds in tow. I would definitely recommend this place to others and we will definitely be back for another trip one day :)

All of us loved staying here!!!

The layout and space was perfect for the eleven people in our family which also included 3 under the age of 6. It was a short walk to the pool and beach which we made a couple of times daily plus the house is conveniently located to several fun and good food restaurants. Many memories were made staying here and we all voted to come back as often as possible. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.

Beautiful house and setting!

All eleven of us had plenty of room in the house! There was so much to do in Destin we couldn’t do it all in just one week. But…there was always time for the pool and and the beautiful beaches!

Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. It was well stocked with all your kitchen needs and had beach chairs and toys as well. Bedrooms were large and accommodated our family of 12 with ease. The beach was just a short walk away. The neighborhood pool was also a nice option if you wanted to avoid the sand. I would definitely stay here again.

Our first time not staying directly on beach was nervous. But location was within walking distance of everything. We did rent a golf cart from Exotic Carts which added to memories we made with grandchildren. House was cleanest property I have ever rented through VRBO! Owners was always quick to respond to email!

Beautiful House in an amazing location!!

This house has it all, extremely roomy, amazing layout. And all the amenities you could ask for, a well stocked kitchen, short walk to the beach, tennis courts, pool access, plus a gated community. The house was also incredibly clean, and exactly as advertised. We had such a good time and spent several of the rainy days in the house, which was perfect! Thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful

We had an amazing time staying at It’s Someday! The home was large, clean, and had everything we needed for the stay. The neighborhood was beautiful with lots of activities for us to do. The beach was so close that my toddlers had no problem walking the distance every day. Communication with the property manager was excellent! This home is the best deal and is beautiful. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

The home is located in a beautiful gated community. It is only a few minute walk (5) to the beautiful beach and only about one minute to the community pool. The home is spacious and laid out really well. It is well stocked and clean. We had 2 families with kids that totaled 10 people and we had plenty of room. The floor plan allows for plenty of privacy. The community is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall, very nice home and location.

Great home and location

The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and we'll equipped. The kids loved the bunk room. The house accommodates several different types of families. The Double room was perfect for a family with small kids, while the bunk room was great for older kids, and the other rooms allowed the adults their own space. The location was only a short walk to the community pool and beach. Community and beach were beautiful and peaceful, not overly crowded. We loved our stay and are looking forward to next year. Thank you David for providing a great home!

Spring break 2018

We, the Grandparents, 3 children and 5 grandchildren met in Destin for spring break. This lovely home easily accommodated us all. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials when we arrived. The grandchildren enjoyed the basketball net and met many new friends for basketball every day. We all enjoyed the tennis court, exercise room and pool. The gulf was only a short walk away. We would highly recommend the house. I gave it 5 stars because it was perfect for us.

Our stay!

Our stay at your location was excellent! It was a very beautiful home and we were all able to relax! The house was open and all of us in our family had our room and space. We were able to utilize the fitness room and do our running exercise without any concerns. The beach was not too far away to walk there and we went almost every day. The most important thing that my granddaughter enjoyed was the gecko hanging out on the outside of the wall, we have named him Steve!!! Thank you very much for allowing us to be able to stay at your vacation home. We will highly recommend it and most definitely we hope to stay again!!!!!

Perfect family vacation spot

If you’re traveling to Destin with family, this is the place to land. The home was clean, comfortable, safe and close to everything. We had kids of all ages, so it was ideal that some could be in the pool, others playing tennis, and others just a short walk away at the beach. I loved that we could walk to the beach and then return to the home for meals and breaks - no need to lug the cooler along. So fun! Make sure to bring everything you’ll need if you don’t intend to grocery shop. You’ll get enough paper products to get you started, but you’ll need more if staying for a week. Highly recommend!

Nice...but could use a good once over with maintenance

We like the layout of the house, location and community was great. The master bedroom toilet was not secured to the floor and was wobbly. Pizza sauce on the kitchen floor when we arrived and the first bedroom on the right didn't seem like a queen size bed. Ceiling fan in the living room was not very sturdy.

Great Home, Great Location, Great Hosts

Wonderful house - besides being beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, very roomy, and near the beach and other activities, the owners have gone out of their way to make sure guests have all the little conveniences that really make it a home away from home. They are also very easy to contact and quickly address any problems you might have. The dishwasher decided to balk while we were there over Thanksgiving and it was impossible to get it quickly repaired but the owners and Patti (their "feet on the ground") went out of their way to help and compensate for the inconvenience. The grandchildren survived having to dry dishes and it was well worth it to enjoy such a lovely home. Thank you Dave for a great week.

Beautiful home!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful beach house located a short walking distance from Destin beach. The house was amazing with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic and super close. The public parking at the beach entrance was awesome. I just got up early every day and drove all of our stuff to the beach, although sone days we just walked as it wasn’t far at all. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We did have to wait about a half hour past our check in time, as the house cleaners did not finish until about 4:30 but it was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this property and would love to rent it again in the future.
