The Terrace at Pelican Beach offers spacious meeting facilities, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, a video game room and covered parking facilities. There are three pools to choose from. Even one in the shade if you’ve gotten a little too much sun. There’s a FREE tram that runs to the beachfront building from 8am-6pm. You’ll find the elevators take you quickly to our unit too! Overall A Good Stay

The location is good. The condo was nice. We had an awesome view of the fireworks for the 4th of July. Easy access to the beach. The beds weren't the most comfortable. There was an issue with the plumbing, but maintenance did come out. There was broken bottles in the parking lot and it caused us to get a flat tire. No other issues.

The description was accurate but what’s not said this the master ceiling fan very loud, no ac in bedrooms, pillows terrible, both showers where clogged and didn’t drain, toilets clogged with very little toilet paper, base min utensils, cheap: hand soap, tp, paper towels; floor unlevel and flooring coming up, dishwasher not installed correctly and causing issues, very loud washer/dryer, leaky iron. Just kinda cheaply renovation at a high price! Would recommend if they charged less then we would not be surprised. Kinda a let down.

Beach Break

The property was nice. Very clean. Handle in the one shower kept coming off. I text the number that was given for any issues upon check in. Didn’t get a reply. Also had a lot of communication issues with the property manager before our arrival.

Would stay again!

Everything from start to finish was easy and stress free. The location was perfect! Beautiful view with a short 3min walk to the beach, a walk that was in the parking lot at that --no crossing traffic. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of living space for all of us. The chairs on the patio were comfortable and made for a nice relaxing place to hang out while we figured out what adventure we wanted to do next.

Great location but very dirty

I would have expected way more from a property of this price level. The condo was filthy. This is not an exaggeration. We had to go buy a mop and mop the floors 4 times before the water was not black. We have a 10 month old with us to this was a major concern since she crawls. The dishes were nasty with caked on food. Some of the small appliances such as a food processor didn’t work so we were going to use the blender and it didn’t have a lid. The extra pillows and blankets were stained and dirty. I could go on and on about how poor the condo was for us. The location was great and roomy but that’s the only good things I can say about it. Very disappointed.

Enjoyable

We always enjoy our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. The room we stayed in could definitely use some updates as most appliances were mediocre with parts missing or not working properly. We will definitely be back at Pelican but would reserve a different room.

Really enjoyed our stay, so close to the beach!

Horrible checkin process

Waiting over 3 hours for anyone to help us with locating our condo. Would not stay here again. Horrible customer service. Don’t have an emergency issue because they will not help you.
