* Amenity Fee: $15 plus tax per person (ages 5 and older), includes wristbands for amenities and up to two parking passes. This fee must be pre-paid at least 3 days before arrival; a registration link will be provided in your confirmation email. Failure to pre-register may result in denied access to parking and amenities.
* Occupancy Limit: Florida State Fire Codes regulate maximum occupancy based on unit square footage, including children. Guests who exceed the occupancy limit will be denied check-in without a refund.
* Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
* Floor Level: Located on the 5th floor.
* Guest Entry: Access is provided via a secure E-lock system. A unique access code will be generated for each guest stay.
