Great Destin oasis!

The house was nice and clean, and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Just one block from the beach, you couldn’t beat it! The rental team was wonderful to work with, and very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend for a large group or family.

This is a lovely home with a great layout with 4 master bedrooms and a large playroom with multiple bunk beds. Spotless clean, steps away from the beach, great pool, quiet neighborhood, in close proximity to everything you need or want. We will return next year!

Property was as advertised. We had a great family vacation. There were eight of us, ages 6 to 75, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The house could have easily handled 12 or more. The pool was very clean and well kept. The beach was really close, maybe 300 yards, with private access and no major roads to cross.

We enjoyed the property. All ten of us fit very comfortably. We liked sitting by the pool and up on the top deck. Glad we found the umbrella to provide some shade. Had fun playing pool! The kitchen had what we needed. We cooked in every night. Very nice stay!

All we could have hoped for!

This was a wonderful property with all the amenities we needed. It was in close proximity to everything and a very short walk to an amazing private beach! There were so many fantastic features and the listing is very accurate in description. Definitely a place our family would love to stay again. The only downfalls if you’re traveling with much older adults it may be a bit challenging to navigate the stairs and getting into the very high beds in each bedroom. The main living area being upstairs could be a problem for a more senior crowd. Also there were only 2 access cards to the private beach and for 10 people going out at different times of the day was inconvenient. All in all it was an amazing place, so clean, and comfortable!

Great location

White Pearl was a nice house in a good location. The beach was very easy to get to and the neighborhood was nice to walk around and see all the canals. Only down side was there is really not much of a view of the ocean. Everyone really enjoyed the pool and game room! Any issues we may have had were delt with immediately. I would definitely rent this house again.

Charged 500 for no reason

I stayed here with a group of women, and after leaving we were messaged by the host and told that we would be charged 500 for a smoking fee, because a cigar butt had been found in the house. No one in our party smokes cigars or would dream of smoking anything on the property, especially because several of the women on the trip were pregnant. I told the host that the cigar was not ours and that there had been absolutely no smoking. They assured me that they would investigate to make sure it was handled fairly, and that they would follow up with me as soon as they had an update. A few weeks later there was a 500 charge on my account, and they had never reached out.
