The unit is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool is very nice and the landscaping of the grounds is beautiful. My family and I love it here. The private beach access is nice.

Amazing stay in Destin!!

This place was spacious, clean and the perfect location. We had plenty of room to separate me, my hubby and 1 year old from the rest of the family when needed for sleep! We loved the place and will re-book.

Loved the location, the amenities, layout of the condo, and it was clean! Beds were very comfortable. Even came with chairs and boogie boards to bring to the beach! Will book this one again! Did not give 5 stars for some minor things but will not deter me from booking again!

Spring Break Trip

A great find in Destin! Even though it isn't "beachfront" the location is great. The condo is huge and clean. We didn't find extra linens, so I would recommend bringing an extra blanket if you tend to get cold. Overall, a great stay and the vacasa check-in and check-out process was extremely easy!

Huge unit and views

The unit was very spacious and the views from being a corner unit were amazing. Beach and pools very conveniently located as well as excellent restaurants. We’ve been to Destin many times for our yearly family vacation and this one ranks as one of the best especially because our 6’3 son finally had a nice room that wasn’t a bunk room or twin room which is normally what you settle for when needing a 3 bedroom. We will book again.

Needs some upgrades

It’s a nice condo, but could use some upgrades. Kitchen definitely needs some new pots and pans, some tupperware would be nice too. The freezer did not shut properly so all of the ice cream I bought melted. A new mop and broom would be nice too. Lots of noise as there was construction or something going on above us. But over all not a bad place, next year I will probably look to stay elsewhere.

Vacation fall break

So ended up only being 5 people in condo which worked out. The lockout room was awesome for my parents as they are older and they could keep the thermostat higher than what boys and I like while sleeping. We had a great week with beautiful weather! It was quiet as no one was above us until last night (Oct. 7th) and then it was loud from the ones above us. Great location, gated with gate codes! View of was absolutely beautiful from the condo! Thank you!!!!

Amazing view and location!!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was right across the street from our favorite restaurant Back Porch. The facilities were great, fitness center and pool. Large patios were lovely and the beach view was spectacular, not to mention the location of beach access. We would definitely stay in this property again. One con was the building was waiting on a pipe to be fixed so be ware if you are in the bedroom near the door, it sounds like a loud train coming through about every 15-20 minutes, definitely not the most convenient at nighttime. The property is working on getting this fixed but it is not mentioned by the owners when renting. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else! We love Destin!!!! Perfect for families and/or friends.

Beautiful Noise

If you want a beautiful, large open space, but one with a lot of noise, this is the place for you! The largest bedroom facing the ocean was a nice, peaceful place for my parents, but the main living area and two other bedrooms frequently welcomed airplanes that flew overhead, occasional sirens, and yelling from neighbors. The most disappointing was a really loud humming noise that we heard in the front bedroom every few minutes. We were more tolerant in the day, but sleep was really difficult in the evenings. We reported this noise to management who said they were aware of the problem caused by the water line for the entire complex, but had no plans at the time to fix it. Great decor and view. Saw dolphins every morning. We went in the spring, so weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped. The smaller pool near the beach was heated, but we wished the larger pool near the complex was as well. Overall, we would be happy to return in the summer if the water line noise was repaired. Management was friendly and even gave us two complimentary decks of cards when we stopped by.

Awesome view from the lanai!

The condo was very nice. The dual remotes for the TV's were less than ideal but I got used to it. Being in the flight pattern for the Destin Executive Airport was nice. We got to see a lot of different types of planes every day. Good food was nearby.
