Very comfortable and handy to beach. The air conditioning was running nonstop and was annoying but other than that, it was great! The hot tub and heated pool and view from the balcony was the icing on the cake!

So surprised this doesn’t have more reviews. It was clean, and everything looked new, plenty of space for the four of us, comfortable beds even the pull out couch, full kitchen, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book here again.

My husband and I came for our anniversary and we enjoyed staying at the Grand Caribbean east. It was very clean! It was a short walk to the beach. All of the best restaurants, shopping, and boardwalk are just a couple miles away. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Easy access to the beach and to the pool! Our kids loved it! The rental was more than worth it! The shower door was a little hung up but that was literally the only thing that I could say was wrong! Will definitely be back!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous from the beautiful beachside decor to the perfect location. When we arrived, we were greeted by the beautiful sounds of jazz music in the master bedroom and a tower of Nothing bundlets and a bottle of rose wine -- a perfect way to start off my birthday celebration! Everything we needed was provided and the location was convenient where we could visit the beach, restaurants and shops. It was peaceful and most of the neighbors were nice. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall, we would definitely book this condo again whenever we return to Destin. Thanks for an amazing experience!

The place was wonderful. Just few very minor things would be. A few more forks as there was only 4 forks. A few more dish towels. Also, a non electric can opener. Everything else was fantastic. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.

This place was in a great location to where family was staying. We were right across from the beach with access at either side street by the building. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great in the evening after a fun packed day. The unit was on the 3rd floor with a great view. The kitchen was very nice with all the appliances you could need. The living area was very comfortable and cozy. The bedroom and bathroom were nice also with a king size bed. Only complaint would be closet space as there was just a small cubbyhole to hang stuff up in, but all and all would chose this place again for next year.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was just me and my wife. The location couldn't be beat. The parking was great and convenient. Couldn't ask for a closer or easier beach access. We had a small issue with wifi during the stay. It never worked on our phones, but the tv streamed fine, so not sure what the issue was. It could have been our phones. I would recommend this to anyone, including a family of 4.

Property was even nicer than the pictures show. Fresh paint and updates. Extremely clean and comfortable. Only downside and issue we had was the wifi connection is HORRIBLE. We contacted mgmt and they were very responsive, but wifi just is really bad in this unit - there was not much they could do to resolve.

Location was great and for the most part everything was to our liking with the exception of the bed sheets that had blood stains on them. The blender also did not work, porch light was out and had some difficulty opening the porch door at times. I communicated these concerns to customer service and they said they would address it with the property manager.

Right across the street from beach access. This unit is on the 3rd floor and there are NO elevators. This needs to be specified in description. Pack light bc it is a trek upstairs. The shower needs to be replaced as it feels soft on the floor and the shower head had very little pressure. Otherwise the place was great. King bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. There was good response when I texted for assistance.

This was part of a 5 month trip, we booked thru 2 other sites and Vrbo, Vrbo was the only one we had problems with. We paid the deposit and then they forgot a charge and then when the balance was due it was $117 more than quoted and no one at Real Joy could tell us why. The condo was in a great location and the grounds and pool were extremely well taken care of but the condo itself was kind of shabby and not that clean. The shower was moldy, and had terrible water pressure.
