Paradise indeed

Love the rockers on the front porch for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Quiet peaceful neighborhood and walkable to everything. I will return!

Just what we needed!

Great weekend getaway

Had a blast with the family in the Destin area for the weekend. The house was walking distance to the beach and a short drive from a lot of great restaurants. Wonderful stay. Thanks for the memories.

Excellent location & Prperty

The property is in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and centrally located to everything Destin. The home's decor was very pleasing and comfortable. The outdoor patio was our morning and nighttime hangout.

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved the house! Perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed to cook in and out. Beautiful front porch and deck for enjoying the outdoors. A quick walk to the beach for early morning surf casting and evening crab viewing with the grandkids. Looking forward to booking same house for next year!

Wonderful home!

This home was perfect for our trip to Destin! Plenty of kitchen items, towels and chairs for the beach! The home was very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows.The location of this house to everything we needed from the beach to the grocery store was amazing!! We literally took less than 50 steps to get to the pool too! I would definitely return with our family to this home!

Great location and real nice with all conveniences . Only issue was at night of colder Downstairs and warmer upstairs. Reason only one Air conditioner for both floors which you don’t see anymore

Property was clean, close to a beautiful beach, and was roomy for our party of 8. It was well appointed with kitchen supplies. Booked the property for a week so we would have greatly appreciated some paper plates and trash bages, salt and pepper. We could have used a week's supply of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and bath soap.

Beach is about 300 yards away and is absolutely amazing. Only downside is not great airflow to the 2nd floor. We solved that by making sure all the AC vents in the house were open (several were closed) and running the AC circulation fan all the time. This helped keep air upstairs fresh.

Our new Home away from Home

There are so many things to list about this house that I don't know where to start. This house was a luxury in every way. Living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well kept and well stocked. Every need was fulfilled. There is a block walk to the beach and a nice restaurant. The community pool was across the street and was never crowded. Grocery shopping was a few blocks away. The neighborhood was quiet. We found our Destin Home. I will be visiting again and again!

Reviewer Comments: In town for our Spring Break away from Chicago NW suburbs.Great, great location in Destin. 1 block form the beach and about 10 minutes from Miramar. Nice heated community pool in the neighborhood and really quiet at night.House had all items for cooking ware, but did not have simple essentials like salt, pepper, etc. Publix and Walmart are really close for easy shopping.The front porch of the house was great for morning coffee (machine needs to be checked out as it was not working properly). Camille's Cafe was a 1 block but costly for every day coffee and breakfast.I will definitely look into this property once again, if traveling to Destin and would recommend to friends. Lots of rentals in the neighborhoodm if this home is not available.Thank you for having such a great home for our trip.

Beautiful

This property was perfect for our group. My parents had the first floor master, and my husband and I and our 3 kids were in the 2 bedrooms and loft upstairs. Everyone was comfortable and we all thought the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We have been staying in houses on Clipper Cove, one street over, for years. We love this area and it was very nice this year to be even closer to the beach access and to have a great pool directly across the street. Our walk to the beach was a breeze! In the past we have always rented a golf cart and that was not necessary here. We also loved being so close to Camille’s! We will definitely stay here again sometime!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was great. Only suggestions would be to have a little bit more starter supplies available for guests. Besides utensils, the kitchen was bare (no foil, spices, etc). Two of the beach chairs were broken, and 3-4 of them were in good shape but starting to rust so would need to keep an eye on them. The only other complaint was there was zero effort made to allow an early check in. We watched as the cleaning crew finished and we still had to wait 2 hours until the door systematically opened at 4. Most places will work with you to get you in once the cleaning crew is finished. That was frustrating. Overall, great place, clean, amazing location.

Perfect Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great home and location for our family to enjoy our spring break. Our party consisted of three adults and three kids (ages 15,14 and 9). The house backs up to a busy road but we loved the location as it was literally less than a block to beach access and right across from the neighborhood pool. .You will also find several restaurants and shopping within walking or biking distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had at a rental and that was priceless for us while on vacation. The home was well stocked with everything you could need (minus small items that we find in some rentals such as salt/pepper, cooking oil) but definitely not a deal breaker. I would hesitate to rent this home in the heat of summer as members of our party who slept upstairs did find it a little warm (there is only one AC unit for the home). They did utilize the box fans, ceiling fans and minimal bedding; however, if you are hosting many adults upstairs, I just think it would be too hot to be comfortable in those high temp months. Aside from that, this was a wonderful rental and very clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a great time and a major reason for was stating at this property. It was very easy to check in, access the property as well as the checkout.Didn't need to communicate with anyone for anything as we did not need anymore than what was available. We brought all necessary items but i would recommend there was dishwasher soap, trash bags available.Other than that, no complaints.
