Welcome to Chateau La Mer II #1203, a bright and spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom condo that's perfect for family getaways, couples' retreats or remote- work escapes. This beautifully updated unit sleeps up to six guests comfortably and includes beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) from March through October, so you can start every morning on Destin's famous sugar-white sand.
The Space
* Open-concept living & dining: Relax in the airy living room with plush seating, smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Sliding glass doors leads to a private patio/balcony overlooking the landscaped grounds.
* Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare meals in a modern kitchen stocked with stainless-steel appliances, cookware and breakfast bar seating for casual dining.
* Sleeping arrangements: The primary bedroom offers a king bed and en-suite bath; a second bedroom features two queen beds.
* Home Comforts: Enjoy air conditioning and convenient in unit private washer and dryer on back balcony, plus linens, bath towels and starter toiletries.
