    Welcome to our bright, beautiful, and recently remodeled large 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right on the beach in Destin! Sterling Sands 213 sits on the second floor, giving you incredible ocean views the moment you walk in — from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and even the master bedroom.
    If you’re looking for easy beach access, plenty of space, and a clean, modern place to relax, this is the perfect place for your family vacation.

We enjoyed staying at this property for our Destin vacation. Rick's place is immaculate and up to date. Perfect place to watch the dolphins on the balcony. Easy access to the beach and pool. Very peaceful and quiet place.

Location location location!!

Can't beat the views and location! The condo has everything you need and is beautiful. We took advantage of the short beach walk to The Back Porch.....I think we were there about every day. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Stay!

This condo was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect size for myself, my husband, and our son. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing stay including very comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything we needed to cook, and perfect bathrooms. My absolute favorite part of our stay was relaxing on the nice size balcony, which offered a variety types of lounging chairs, and enjoying the amazing views & sounds of the emerald-green Gulf. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

I have been staying at this property for many years. They have really made some nice improvements on the building and pool area and the landscaping. The condo we stayed in had also done some remodeling. This property is the best location and has great beach umbrella guys!

Wonderful

Stunning condo, clean and beautifully decorated, tons of storage. The kitchen is so well stocked, literally everything needed to cook for a group. It was so nice to find salt/pepper, spices, cooking spray, etc… We also had meals on the lovely balcony with comfortable furniture, watching dolphins every morning! We will definitely be staying here again!
