Good location but not the cleanest

Loved the location and that umbrellas and chair were included in the stay. However, the cleanliness wasn’t great. The floors left a black residue on feet. Every time I opened the dishwasher a bug crawled out.

Great location!

You could not ask for a better beach location. Steps away from the ocean. Beautiful sand. Reserved spot on the shore. Shallow water and great waves. Sunny, warm weather. Plenty of room indoors for 9 to spread out.comfy beds. Plenty of TVs.

Need to be updated & up graded

The master shower is designed for people five feet and under. All the beds squeak as soon as you lay on them. The sofa and pat patio furniture need to be replaced. The walls and ceilings need to be redone and repainted. All cealing fans are noisy and need to be replaced. The Chester drawers are not operational. The entire condo needs a deep cleaning.

Wonderful Unit for a Family-Will Be Back!

Our family loved the location and size of the building (beach won't be overcrowded, yet it's a close drive to restaurants and shops), loved the layout of the unit, loved that the trash shoot was so close, loved that the unit was at the end of the building (it was so quiet!) The unit is designed for family use. Large upstairs bedrooms provide enough space for extra baby cribs, etc. Noises from downstairs were not easily heard up there. Unit is very functional for a larger group, and for kids. We even found a baby gate in the closet which kept the 1 year old off the steps. We will be back again.

Beautiful view

Definitely recommend! Beautiful view, clean, very convenient being in this location! All the pictures you see here are exactly how it looks in person. Very friendly staff and super helpful when we called before coming and asking questions about our stay. Only complaint I would have is the parking situation. There was 12 of us staying here and we had 4 different vehicles and only allowed 2 parking passes on the lot. We had to park 2 of the cars at a public location for a night and then we were able to park our cars on the lot but it was dependent on the time and season we came, Katie the property manager did her best to help us out in this situation. So I wish they had more availability for parking but other than that it was a great experience and if we decide to come back to Destin then we will book here again!

Overall Nice

Overall the unit was nice and as advertised. The one disappointment with the unit was in the master bathroom. The ceiling slopes in to the shower which caused us to hit out heads daily. We are not tall people (5'8" and 5'6") so you can imagine the slope. We also had to bend to get under the showerhead. Probably an opportunity to change things there. The property does have some construction going on currently so lots of "beeping" from equipment being raised and lowered. If you are a late sleeper that could be a problem. The staff was friendly and responsive. The beach was beautiful. Pool was nice. The restaurant on the property was under construction so we can't speak to that. Overall nice but not a WOW!

Beach stay

Over all everything was good except for the cleanliness of the unit. The bathroom curtain in the upstairs bathroom was nasty with black and pick bacteria and possible mold visible on it. The master bedroom bed sheets has yellow stains. The location, property and property management was friendly and great.

Nice relaxing vacation.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay for 3 nights at this location. The condo was very clean and had an excellent view of the ocean. We were on the 7th floor penthouse. We were 4 families who drove from different locations. The reception was kind enough to provide us 4 spaces for parking. It appears that particular unit only allows 2. So I would recommend that you check ahead of time. Beach access was the best. Come out of the elevator and you are practically on the beach. Would had been nice to have to beach towels. But we managed with the bath towels. The water was very cold but the kids did not care. Beach is very clean. If coming over this side for a vacation would definitely stay here again.
