This unit has 2 Kings, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sofa Bed and sleeps 8. With 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This spacious end unit in St. Maarten offers a relaxing vacation in an elegantly appointed condo. Featuring a Jacuzzi tub, Corian countertops and an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Most enjoyable trip!

This stay wasn’t my first choice. Our first rental was unavailable so this was the substitute given to us. I will say-I am so glad it happened. Not only was the unit great but the closeness of restaurants and entertainment was excellent. The beach was very nice and close. The smaller pool was heated and the grounds were well maintained. Our condo had all necessary needs provided. Couldn’t ask for a beheld location.

Check in was a mess. Once we finally got what we needed, we found the armbands and key cards from previous renters in the condo.

Excellent stay for going to the beach every day

Great experience. Just know everyone needs a key fob for the elevator, pool, beach and fitness area. We only got 1 originally and then called/text with Vacasa and got 2 more brought to us the next day so our family could go and do things when and where they wanted.

Beautiful view and location but unit needs MAJOR updating and cleaning

From the moment we arrived we had maintenance of which we could not get any help till the next day. The sheets were so dirty and stained me that we stayed up later after traveling all day and washed and changed the sheets. The whole unit needs a serious deep clean. We felt unread as we tried to get our issues taken care of through out the well.

We love Silver Shells in general and have stayed on this property several times. However, this unit was not as clean, not updated, and not as well maintained than others.

Overall pretty disappointed in the condo.

The whole condo was extremely outdated. The floors were not cleaned and carpets not vacuumed and nasty. Maintenance had to be called to help with cleaning and drains. We were only given 1 pool band upon check in and 2 key fobs for 7 adults .

The rental space is as described and in mostly in good working condition. We found it frustrating that we could not use the closet space in a couple of rooms as they were full of furniture. The larger disappointment was due to the property not repairing the pool heater or opening the beach bar.

Needs serious updates and deep clean

Location was fabulous! The condo is in serious need of update. Bathroom has black mold on tile in master, tile floors are dirty needs a good deep clean and refresh on grout as it’s filthy. Kitchen ice maker did not work and one of twin beds was loose. The view of ocean and property is fabulous. Evidently issues with owners and home owners association. Had to pay extra if we wanted to workout or use beach chair umbrella service on premises which is nit the case with all properties. If you cook a lot bring all your own cooking stuff.

Never again!!!

Silver Shells is one of the nicest communities in Destin! We LOVE staying there. However we will never book this unit again. The Unit was not clean, mold in the shower and the window seals and other areas were just ignored. Not to mention there was a missing fire alarm along with no cover or caulking on the corners of the rock covered island that caused two injuries to people in our company just simply sitting at the island. The carpet was disgusting and the they left no garbage bags to use. Not one extra at all. They wanted to come Install a fire alarm in the middle Of our stay when we had 2 small children accompaning our group.

The rooms needed to be clean better. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet, and a huge dead roach in the master bedroom floor. The drain in the kitchen, and master bathroom stop up& smells. The location was great, but the condo need to be updated.

Great vacation poor communication from property managers

Unit is great. Very spacious and comfortable. Unit decor could use updating along with the patio furniture. Neither of these would keep us from staying here again. Property, pool and beach is top notch! Our only issues were with propertyManagement company. Their communication was sub-par. You have to pickup your key cards at an off site location. They supposedly sent an email explaining this, but we never received it.

It was okay, but it needs some work

The condo was clean, but it really needs a full over haul. The carpets in the bedrooms are old and worn, the master bathroom needs to be remodeled (had nice newer counter tops but the tub and shower were older). It had mold growing under the grout and caulking on the shower.... The oven needs to be replaced as it wouldn't get hot enough in the oven or on the burners. The pans were absolutely TERRIBLE and we had go buy a pan :(. We could tell that the owners had tried to update the condo at some point, but it needs some current work to be great again. Location is great and the beach is beautiful.
