Guest Access:

Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all amenities mentioned above. Check-in is easy with a smart lock system, allowing you to come and go as you please.



Interaction with Guests:

For your final balance due, please note that If you would like to use a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee added onto the final balance amount at time of charge. You are also able to use our electronic check feature (no additional fees) by providing your routing and account number to a team member via phone. If more than 60 days out, you are able to mail a check to our office address.
