Welcome to our sunny Florida getaway! Our home is located in a gated community just 3 1/2 blocks from the beach and seconds from the pool and hot tub. Enjoy easy access to family-friendly activities, golf, fishing, shopping, and dining. Plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Our home features two living areas, providing ample space for your group to unwind and enjoy their stay. The first floor offers a welcoming great room, perfect for gathering and spending quality time together. Upstairs, a second living area awaits, complete with a smart TV, wet bar, mini fridge, and microwave, creating a perfect spot for entertainment and relaxation. With a maximum occupancy of 14 guests per reservation, our home is ideal for families and groups. Please note that we have a strict parking policy, allowing for only 3 cars in the driveway. Any additional vehicles or street parking will result in towing at the owner's expense.

The fully stocked kitchen includes amenities such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and utensils. Pool wristbands are conveniently located on the kitchen counter.

1st Floor Master Suite - features a king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and a double-sink vanity. The suite also includes a walk-in closet, which is where a highchair and Pack-n-Play are located.

2nd Floor - has a living area with access to the second-floor balcony. This floor also includes a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The full bathroom features a large vanity and a tub/shower. The king bedroom includes a smart tv on the dresser, a walk-in closet, and appointed furniture. Additionally, there is a queen bedroom that also includes a smart tv on the dresser and a full closet.

3rd Floor - features a queen bedroom with a smart TV and access to the third-floor balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a smart TV, and a door leading to the balcony. The third bedroom is a bunk room equipped with a flat screen TV and a built-in DVD player.

The front porch has a gas grill on one side for the days you feel like grilling.

We are just a 10-minute walk to multiple beach access points and a 30-second walk to the pool complex. Our community also offers a free on-call beach shuttle, providing transportation to one of the beach access points. Additionally, there is a 6-foot wide, paved walking, jogging, and biking trail that runs for miles along scenic Old 98, located just a few blocks from our complex's rear entrance.

The resort-style pool complex features music throughout, waterfalls, and a negative entry for the kids. It is heated from early March to mid-April. The complex includes a hot tub and a tiki bar area with a flat screen TV and a cooler. There are bathrooms and showers to wash off the sand from the beach. We have a pool monitor on duty to check wristbands and see that guests follow the rules.
