A must go!

We were pleasantly surprised with this wonderful condo! It is well situated and within walking distance of arcades, mini golf, go karts, and lots of food options. The beaches are amazing. White sandy beaches that are the best I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this place. My only issue was their stinginess in giving us extra garbage bags. Otherwise this was a win all the way around!

Mixed Feelings

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property in the same unit a couple of years ago. We love it and after looking at other units for this trip, we decided to make this unit our home away from home because our experience the first time was so beautiful. Besides that, we loved this unit's vibe, which we think, is directly related to the decor. The day before we were to arrive, we received a call from the property stating that there was missing furniture in the bedroom because they were upgrading. When asked what was missing, we were told it was a nightstand and asked if we would take the delivery of it during our stay (which was scheduled to be delivered 5 days into our stay). However, when we arrived, the nightstand AND the dresser were missing. We were not pleased, particularly my husband, because he is the travellor who puts everything out of the packed items away in its place. I was surprised that the dresser was missing as well. We began wondering why would the unit be rented to us when it was not completely ready? The answer of course, was plain....MONEY. Also, why did we get a call the afternoon before we were expected to arrive. That left us no time to make other arrangements if we did not want to accept a delivery during our stay. The whole ordeal was just distasteful. Sure enough, we received a call 8:30 am on the scheduled day, which was 2 days before our departure. They gave us a beverage mug and coozie for waking us up. I have more to say about our departure, but not enough characters are left. The unit had some decorative upgrades which were nice and creative. Sad to say, it won't become home away from home after all.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful 1,400+ sq. ft. condo right on the beach! Extremely comfortable power reclining sofa and recliner! All beds are comfortable. There is a jacuzzi in the master bathroom and shower curtain. Furniture is as pictured on website except for the new, stackable, front loading washer and dryer, which appear to be almost full size. Only drawback is we couldn’t find a pantry closet. Not a big deal because we ate out everyday. There is a long counter in the kitchen where we placed the fruit, cereal boxes, and snacks. Property is clean and well maintained. A front desk clerk was prompt in calling me back with the name of the furniture store I inquired about. Definitely would recommend this unit 802. We walked to the Back Porch restaurant which was our favorite of all we tried. Thai Delights is good too. A wonderful stay, but next time will go in the spring or mid-October when more activities are still open.

Loved it. Book it!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great pool for our grandson as well. The condo itself was very clean and accommodating and we look forward to coming back again! Gorgeous view of the Gulf and enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony. This is definitely a must condo to book if you’re looking for true photos and CLEAN.

The Condo provided all the amenities we needed. It was updated and such cute decor. We love having the ability to cook and wash clothes, as well as wash off when returning from the beach. The location was ideal for us. Right across from the go Karts and Putt Putt golf. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful place to watch the emerald green water and white sand beach.

The front desk staff was helpful and available by phone, text, or email. After hours check in was a breeze. Our unit had a covered parking spot. The unit itself was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and decorated nicely. Large tv’s, even a tv in kitchen. Living room furniture even has places to charge your devices. Ample towels, kitchen nicely stocked. Balcony furniture nice. Beautiful view from master and living room. Beds were very nice and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing. I highly recommend this vacation rental. The condo itself is perfect location, easy in and out of parking. The beach service was nice too. The condo isn’t huge so the beach was never crowded which was a plus.I can’t say enough good things about 802. We will definitely be back! If you’re on the fence about booking just do it! It is pricey but well worth it!
