Loved being poolside. I also thought it was an extra bonus that the condo provided beach chairs, beach blanket and other things. We forgot our chairs and blanket at home. Very nice place. Would stay again.

We’ve been going to Destin for 4 years, and this is honestly the best condo we’ve stayed in! The area is perfect (walkability). The property was great! This condo in particular was perfect! Clean, patio gate to the pool, updated! The check in process and management were attentive, helpful and great to work with! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great places to stay didn’t want to leave! The only thing I wish I was told was that the beach allowed place for people to set up tents and umbrellas was only 40 feet of beach and was way to small for all the people down there. Anyways great place to stay will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo, wonderful location! Had another family with us staying in another condo in the same building, and they spent most of their time with us in ours. Right on the pool, minutes walk to the beach. Absolutely wonderful!

Great location. We didn't rent a car this time and was walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, and will stay at this property again. Property was very clean except the floor was grimy from day one. The washer needs the mold cleaned out of it.

The ease of access to the pool ( right outside your patio door) and beach (literally right across the street) make this location a prime spot. Don’t need to rent a golf cart here. Bikes would be better.The Back Porch was a great dinner place.

Property is clean and situated close to beach , restaurants and activities. This is our second stay here during spring break in the exact same condo. Only downfall was this year there were a group of inconsiderate people staying there also who were up till 3 am being loud and using the pool. I called the property management group but they were not able to help. I was thankful it was only the last 3 nights of our vacation that they were noisy all night. Minus this… I recommend staying here.

The room was very close to the beach, short walking distance. Very clean beach and not crowded for August. Met a lot of nice neighbors out by the pool and was very enjoyable. The room was very cute! Only issue I had was with cleanliness. Bedding and sheets were clean, other items not so much. Reached out to property management who offered a few resolutions to remedy the issue quickly. They were very responsive and professional. Hopefully this issue will be addressed going forward. If so I would definitely revisit this room.

This property was perfect for myself and my 2 kids and a friend & her daughter. It was right by the pool so it made it easier with the kids. It was clean and the beds were comfy! We only had one isssue we didn’t have a code to get In and out of pool gate to go to beach. When we asked the property manager they said we didn’t need a code but we definitely did to access the beach. We ended up getting the code from other guests staying at the property. But other than that we loved this Condo and will stay again 100 %!

Overall this is a very nice property and was close to the beach and pool. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the kids had a blast. Only complaint would be that they are very strict on a 4pm check in. We got into town early due to flights and it was a bit inconvenient that the unit wasn’t available until exactly 4 despite being ready hours earlier. We know it was ready because we sat at the pool waiting for 2 hours. Aside from that minor inconvenience we had a great trip and was happy with the condo. Plan to bring or buy all of your own seasonings and basic cooking supplies that are often left at other properties. The unit had all the pots pans etc but there wasn’t even a salt and pepper shaker to be found.

Samsung front load Washer and dryer stacked but needs to be rebalanced because shakes when doing laundry. Kitchen space very tight with dishwasher right next to sink but has everything you need to do light cooking. Patio right next to unit pool. 1st floor so floor very thin walls, so we heard kids running and jumping every day beginning 6 am but just bad luck to have inconsiderate neighbors. Tvs in bunk beds nice but we played connect 4 and trivial pursuit and watched golden girls on tv to spend quality family time. Very close to Destin commons and 5 minute drive from Walmart. Bathroom is very tight and needs shower door instead of curtains next to toilet which was a little gross. Price is very reasonable and beach has lifeguard tower which was good since we experienced double red flag and strong crashing waves and heavy rip currents so no swimming one day. Recommended economical and clean location near Henderson beach state park.
