"Palms Oasis" is a beautifully updated two-bedroom unit in the East Tower at The Palms of Destin Resort. Featuring brand-new flooring, fresh paint, and tasteful finishes throughout, this stylish retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and a sleeper sectional.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2)
Common: Sofa Bed (sleeps 2)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

This complex offers its guests underground parking! Immediately upon your arrival at the Palm of Destin Resort, you will need to go to the front desk and present your reservation information to the representative so you can obtain your amenity packet and an RFID Card, which gives you access to your vacation rental. Your amenity packet, which 30a Seascapes pays for, includes your wristbands and one parking pass.

After 5:30PM, all remaining check-in packets for that day’s arrivals will be given to The Palms of Destin Security Team, who will assist with after-hours check-ins. For any same-day reservations after 5pm, security will help the guest gain access to the unit for that night. Reservation details and check-in packet will be prepared and available for pick up the next day.

Enjoy the onsite amenities, which include multiple pools, playground, fitness center, basketball courts and tennis courts. A coffee shop, and pool bar await as well! Located on 15 beautiful acres, in the heart of Destin close to premier shops, nightlife, events, family and fine dining.

The Palms of Destin Resort & Conference Center is across the street from June Decker Beach access and Henderson State Park. Due to Henderson State Park being a state park, there is a cost of $2 per person (guest is responsible for this fee). The Shuttle will also take you to the famous Harbor Walk Village at 11am with a pickup time of 2pm.

Check out local beach trails such as Barracuda Trail, Calhoun Trail, Crystal Beach Trail, O'Steen Trail, Pompano Trail, Shirah Trail, Silver Shells Trail, and Tarpon Trail.

Though The Palms of Destin offers spacious pools and on-site outdoor activities, we know you're vacationing in Destin, Florida to visit our beautiful beaches. Palms of Destin offers a shuttle service that will take you to June Decker Beach access, Henderson State Park (cost $2 per person), and the famous Harborwalk Village. This service operates Fridays through Sundays only, running at the top of the hour, starting at 9AM, with the last pick up at 4:30PM.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
