Clean room. Excellent communication. Nice pools and great beach. Expect a 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile walk to restaurants, etc which was fine with us. Great places for brunch within 10 minute walk. Grocery close enough to betting back a few bags. Would recommend.

We stayed here just for the beach view. It was perfect. Wake up listening to the waves and watching the sunrise was the peace and serenity we were looking for. You couldn’t see the sunset due to corner of the building but that way ok. The boats would come and do the dolphin and sunset cruise right in front of the balcony so we would lookFor dolphins with our binos. The view makes this place perfect.

My husband and I stayed here for NYE staycation. The unit is very clean, updated and very spacious. the View is amazing, we enjoyed both sun rises and sun sets. the resort has heated pools, hot tub and indoor pool to enjoy swimming even in December!

This unit was immaculately clean. Upon our arrival, we walked in to a beautiful ocean front view, and cool AC which was very much appreciated. The unit is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated with updated furnishings. We have absolutely no complaints about the unit. Awesome Vacation

Had a great time. Enjoyed the beach very much. Only complaint is the umbrella management on the beach. I couldn’t even pay to sit into the first 4 rows of chairs because they were already reserved… some for the entire summer and the chairs sat empty. Fortunately, I worked out deal with the lifeguards to sit in front of their tower because I wasn’t going to let my 6 year old swim in the ocean without me watching.

Amazing week!

We had an amazing week enjoying the beach. This unit is super clean, the owner had great communication and you can’t beat the view! We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony each morning and watching the sunset in the evenings. The only negative which was not in the owners control was that there was construction going on in the building right outside the door beginning at 8am. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely book here again! We love Destin! Thank you.

This condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. So comfortable and such a great view from the balcony! The amenities on the property were excellent. The tiki bar made the best drinks - I had multiple virgin pina coladas as I’m pregnant and it really made my trip to be able to walk up and get one and then back to our chairs on the beach. If you want to reserve chairs they have them already set up on the beach which is really nice! The property is also really close to so much - restaurants and shopping and really in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful unit in an older but well-kept complex. condo had amazing views, was well stocked, and updated. Communication from the owner was superb, the best introductory information email I’ve ever received! The maintenance at the condo complex responded to a non-functioning television remote within minutes. The property has a variety of pools, and a little tiki bar which is handy for coming up for drinks from the beach. I recommend tenting beach chairs and an umbrella ahead of time, the owner has the information.
