  • Incredible views from the 11th floor! Enjoy your morning coffee or favorite cocktail while relaxing on our private balcony with direct Gulf views and new Pollywood furniture.

    Our condo is newly updated with new living room furniture and smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and has a keurig and a regular coffee maker to appeal to all coffee lovers favorite! No washer/dryer. Coin operated washer/dryer on each floor.
    Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing some construction. Occupants will experience some noise during business hours and see construction activity in the vicinity. All amenities are open with the exception of the indoor poo and the splash pad.. The opposite side of the building will be updating units' windows and sliding doors and making exterior concrete repairs/painting the building. The side of the building that our unit is on has been updated already. In light of these temporary inconveniences, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best value during this period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Our Homeowners Association does not allow rentals to anyone under the age of 25. ID is required to check-in. This is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PET UNIT!

We stayed here for our baby moon! It was a perfect get away, very relaxing! They had construction going on the outside pool so it was unable to be used but we were right on the beach so we couldn’t complain!! Would stay here again!

Overall, our stay at Destin Resort was wonderful. The only issue we had was that the Wifi in our suite was not up to standard. Other than that, we had an enjoyable time!
