Fantastic home in a wonderful location

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The home was comfortable and close to everything . The golf cart allowed us an easy and convenient daily trip across the street to a magnificent stretch of beach. Close to all kinds of great restaurants and shops.

Amazing fun in the sun

Everything about the property was as advertised or better. Our family of 13 had so much fun. In addition to a very nice home, the location was great. Easy walk to the pool and beach, easy drive to stores and restaurants. One of the best properties that I have stayed at.

First Visit to Destin

We had a great stay in Destin! We made some wonderful memories.This property had an excellent location. A short walk to the beach and pool. Local restaurants, shopping and recreation a short drive away. The description of the property is basically accurate, but is in need of maintenace.The bathroom outlets do not work.The light switches to the bedrooms and bathrooms took a moment to figure out. And some of the upstairs ones were never figured out. The furniture overall needs to be replaced or fixed (broken knobs, drawers). The dining chairs were very uncomfortable. The family room sectional was dirty and uncomfortable.The upstair beds were uncomfortable as well. The hot tub was not usable because the chemicals were too strong. We were disappointed to find the beach cart handle was broken and the beach chairs were rusted and some were broken. On the upside, there was a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of glasses, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. Both for adults and littles.A few skillets could use a replacement, but overall a good variety of kitchen needs. The bed linens, towels, and beach towels were nice and plentiful. Availble is a pack n play and highchair.which we used for our 2 year granddaughter.The enclosed lanai was very nice. As well as the outdoor grounds and landscaping.On our arrival we found out there was very limited basics (toilet paper(4), dishwasher tabs(1), paper towels(1), hand soap, etc. For the price we felt they should have been available.

Everything about this place is PERFECT

This property is in a little gated neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood pool is a few houses down. The house is great for large families. My parents can't do stairs and the master bedroom is on the main floor with the living room, kitchen, and lanai. Cabana house was great for the noisy teens who stayed up all night talking. We could stroll to beach whenever we wanted. Everyone was comfortable and had fun. Love this place and we look forward to doing it again!
