Amazing Place for Families

The condo and surrounding property is well maintained and very clean. The pool area is beautiful and the our 4 & 8 year old granddaughters really enjoyed the playground. We had 4 Adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room in the Condo and all the beds are very comfortable. This Unit has 1 reserved parking space, if your party has more than 1 vehicle, parking can be a challenge. Thank you Tammie for sharing your Condo and for your great communication.We had a wonderful time!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Silver Shells is our favorite place to stay in Destin. This condo had everything we needed and provided beautiful views of the beach! The owner was very accommodating and took excellent care of us! We would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous Property

We LOVED the condo. It was absolutely perfect. The balcony was outstanding and much time was spent there. The property had everything you could ask for. The pool was very large and never felt crowded. The beach was perfect, too. We had a great vacation!

Great condo in Destin!

Can't say enough good things about our stay in Destin. Tammie was an amazing communicator from the very beginning and was very quick to get back to us. Stayed here with our 3 children and they loved every minute of it. Location of the condo was great, private beach access, and found the elevator going straight to the condo was very convenient. Will definitely look at booking with Tammie again in the future!

Perfect location & amazing unit

This property is absolutely as advertised! Being on the 7th floor, the views when you step off the elevator into the unit just blow you away. Everything was just like the photos with a lot of room and the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped. We enjoyed a lot of time on the spacious deck as well to enjoy the views and ocean breezes. The pool and beach are easy walks of less than 5 minutes and the condo property amenities (pickle ball/tennis/workout facility) were very nice and maintained well. The beach itself was what you’d expect from Destin, however, we all wished there was some type of maintenance to take up some of the dried seaweed that had been there and seems to just be ignored. The location of this condo is within a few minute walk to The Back Porch or a short drive to a lot of other restaurants. Overall would highly recommend and would book again.

Great views from this 7th floor unit!

Tammie was great to work with and has a beautiful property and location within Silver Shells. The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay and time here....we also got very lucky with beautiful March weather! I highly recommend! Greg

Best stay ever

The location and condo was amazing for our family. It was exactly like the pics, actually better. It was stocked with everything we needed (dishes, pans, etc) and was absolutely beautiful. We sat on the porch watching the ocean every morning and ate dinner there every night. The access to the pool and beach were so easy for our family. The owner and property manager responded right away when we had questions. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location. I highly recommend this location. Destin is amazing.

Perfect vacation

The condo was gorgeous! We were staying with early birds And night owls and I was amazed at how quiet our room was, we never heard a peep from anyone! (I live for uninterrupted sleep!)Having a snack and drink bar at the beach was wonderful! The pool was fantastic! Being able to walk to dinner Or cook in our room was super nice as well. A++ all the way.

Incredible Property

Everything about this rental was perfect! The unit is gorgeous with views of the ocean and a large balcony and quick access to both a pool and the beach. The beach was incredible with soft sand and nice waves. The unit was clean, in great shape and had everything we needed. The property manager and condo owner checked in to ensure everything was as expected and there were immediate answers when we had questions. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the strip and easy to get to everywhere. Not only would I return to this property, I’ve already recommended it to others. Thank you for the great memories!

The perfect get-away

We had the best time at this condo! The location to everything in Destin is perfect, and the beach was not overly crowded. The communication from the owner is above and beyond and deserves an award for her pre-communication, and active response time while on property! Seriously, the best experience. The unit itself is great, easy to get to pool and beach. We took other's suggestions and moved the front bench to block the door in the bunk room so the children wouldn't go outside and it worked perfectly. The balcony was very spacious and the furniture is sturdy and clean. I can't recommend this unit and owner enough to anyone looking for beach rentals. It was such a great experience.

Nice Condo

There were some hiccups but we werent going to let it ruin our trip. Our access card didn't work when we arrived and there was no ice production in the room. Tammie (the owner) did what she could to help the situation. She was able to get us in through the service elevator. She also tried but was unable to find a repair person (due to holiday) to fix the ice makers in the room. Thankfully, the previous guests left a bag of ice in the freezer! Yay! Despite this we were still able to enjoy our time at the beach in this beautiful condo!
