Condo was beautifully decorated! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (as was the bathroom). And the ground floor was so convenient- you could walk out of your patio straight to the pool or beach. I loved that the parking lot was gated too. Free beach service was an added bonus! Holiday Isle is our favorite area of Destin - so close to so many different restaurants, shopping, and Harborwalk, but not as crowded as other areas of Destin. We’ll definitely be back to stay at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club!!

We love the property, tennis courts and grassy area for our three wild boys to play in. The location to the jetties makes each beach day an adventure. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we stayed in 203 for the first half of our stay, but due to construction noise we asked to be moved.(unit beside us was experiencing a complete renovation)The staff was helpful and accommodating, we subsequently moved into 109.109 is a nice unit and in a convenient location. It does however lack a few items such as serving bowls and trays and lamps in the living room and bed room.

Only negative is that there was minimal items in kitchen no baking pans only 2 kitchen towels only 1 extra blanket no extra pillows. There is no washer dryer in condo but knew that from description utilized complex washer and dryers. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
