As you enter Magnolia House 409, you'll notice the modern coastal décor that creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The condo includes shades of beige and blue, reminiscent of the ocean and sand. The living room features a comfortable sofa covered in a soft blue fabric that pulls into a queen sleeper sofa, a large TV, and a ceiling fan to circulate the ocean breeze and create a soothing atmosphere.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The countertops are made of sleek granite, and the cabinets are painted a crisp white.
The bedroom has a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed covered in crisp white linens and is furnished with a dresser, nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan to keep you cool during hot summer nights.
The bathroom features a modern vanity and a walk-in shower with sleek glass doors.
The private balcony is accessible through sliding glass doors in the living room. It features a small bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the beautiful views.
