Great location

Add a great time in Destin. Few issues were the cleanliness of the building. They were doing renovations, but our room had had scuffs. On the walls mold on the ceiling in a couple spots period beds were super comfortable . Was told I could use the customer service Number to text texted a couple times never had a response. I do recommend this resort.I'm hoping, by the time they get done doing the remodel that it will be great. The company that they're using to do the renovation covered our cars up multiple times when they were packed painting or doing everything up topic could cause a hazard period so thankful for this.. One thing that was great was the elevators.We never had to wait longer than a couple minutes

I was disappointed with this stay. Location is great but the building is old and unit is outdated. The lady at the front desk was not the most welcoming. You couldn't buy a second parking pass. They only allow ONE vehicle on the property. You had to park the second one ACROSS the street at the old chickfila. The elevators were very slow. Chair rentals very high. 3 Chairs and One umbrella cost $140 for a day and a half. The sheets looked dirty. We ended up going to buy a new set of sheets and comforter. The king mattress was so hard that I opt'd for the bunk the second night and it was a little better. The beach was very clean and access to it was very short and convenient. I have stayed at much better. This place definitely gave off the I just want somewhere to crash vibes. The indoor pool was small. Although the food at the restaurant downstairs was amazing! The convenience was definitely there but not somewhere I would take my child again.

We enjoyed the amenities, location and beach. Paid extra for chair and umbrella rental on beach. The couch bed mattress was pretty thin, but overall there were adequate supplies of linens, towels, and dishes.

The condo was nice. Great view and location. Facilities were good for age of the building. Pool, splash pad, & hot tub were decent. Inside condo: Dishwasher door didn’t work correctly (would not open fully to allow use). Cloth furniture stained. Only way to clean floors was a small broom (doesn’t get sand up well). Will visit again.

We come to the Sundestin at least once a year. We love it!! It was a great time this time as well. The only problem was there was no broom that was functional in the condo. We bought one from Dollar Tree and left it there for future guests. The only other thing I would suggest would be maybe an extra potholder, there was only 1. Other than that, everything was amazing as always

Everything seems fine except the Bed and Couch. They should change them, they are not at all comfortable. Most of the dishes are very cheap quality. Kindly have them which any body can use them.

It was a nice-enough unit. Maintained fairly well. It is probably difficult to keep stains off the fabric furniture. Could not find power to dishwasher and it looked like the previous renter couldn't either. Being a newbie to renting condos like this, my main gripe is that the resort (and those neighboring) monopolize the beachfront with their own umbrellas and chairs. Those who don't want to pay to rent are relegated to back rows on the beach and thus poor views of the water. So we didn't spend much time sitting on the sand - instead just took a few walks.

Great stay the view from the balcony was amazing. The bunk bed area did have a little bit of a smell not sure why because everything else smelled clean. But overall our stay was great!
