Enjoyable stay

It was a short but sweet stay, we were sad to leave, the water was perfect. It was nice being so close to the beach, everything we needed was available to us. We will be back!!

Enjoyable stay

We spent a week here . The condo met all our needs and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. We watched dolphins several mornings. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and it was taken care of quickly. We will stay here again.

Sundestin Experience

The overall stay was enjoyable however I wish we were aware of the construction going on. We had to park across the street and our room was very outdated which for the price we paid was a bit frustrating. It was definitely livable and a nice room just the price didn’t match the quality at all.

Everything was as described. The ONLY issue I had was with the latch to lock the front door. For some reason, it kept getting stuck (even after I called maintenance to fix it after locking myself out one day). Other than that, everything was great!!!

Pictures online are deceiving. Says it sleeps 6 and it does but there is no where for baggage for other people sleeping in the bunks and couch, unless you want it in the kitchen or walkway. Two chairs on the patio are ripped and no cups for drinking only coffee cups. Great view for sure but next time will pick a bigger unit for my family of 5.

Had a terrific time. The only negative if there was one, was what seemed like half of the building trying to check out at the same time and not all the elevators working. Even saw the firemen testing them at one point. We were on the 12th floor and had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get an elevator. If not for the luggage would have taken the stairs.

Nice but need to update service

Our unit was very nice. People were very friendly. One thing that rubbed us the wrong way: We were emailed twice asking if we would like to stay longer. We could not, but when our flight was changed it was like pulling teeth to keep the room longer when no one was even going to be in it for two days. They gave us an extra hour till 11. We asked for till 2. Our flight had been changed to 7 that evening. On top of that, the cleaning lady came twice in a bad mood when we explained we had the place for an extra hour. Whoopee! Then to top off, I was called after we left the unit at 11:30 to see if we had left the unit. All that was a total turn off to end a vacation. Nice place, but will not be going back there again.
