The house was beautiful and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The beach is a short walk away. The staff at Destin Dreamers are friendly and are very helpful if you need anything. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back to Destin.

Great house and community.

The house was wonderful. The only issue we had was at the community club house security guard. My family was profiled and harassed Monday June 29th, by the security guard that was on duty. Other than that our stay was fabulous.

Great golf vacation

Beautiful house, great location 3 to 4 blocks from beach although we golfed most of the trip so did not get much beach time. We had so much room at a reasonable price. Just a note to future guests, the kitchen was pretty well equipped, but make sure you bring baggies, foil, dish soap etc, they did have salt pepper and coffee filters, but that was the extent Of the paper products.

Excellent Experience

Wonderful stay at Sweet Caroline! Management was extremely responsive to concerns or issues. The only issue was beach access. We were under the impression we could cross the street through the gated community to the private beach. That was not the case. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

SWEET Caroline!!

Sweet Caroline was unbelievably sweet! Perfect for our family! The house was so cleanโ€ฆthe elevator was fantasticโ€ฆthe pool & hot tub with the outdoor patio area was enjoyed too!

Beautiful home - would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious home in a great location. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Very close to beach and Crab Trap restaurant. Neighborhood is very nice and close to lots of restaurants. We had a small problem during our stay with the pool heat, but it was quickly resolved by management.

Great Property and area

Overall the property was great. Response rate was quick for a few things that we needed. I would improve the pool heating, it should stay heated throughout the stay and make sure its heated before guest arrive. Pool was in 65F setting until a tech came around hence wasted a few fun days for the kids who were eager to jump in the pool. There was also an issue with not having wristbands for the community pool and they did not let us use it nor did we ever get them. Wouldnโ€™t have tried to go to the community pool if our pool was fully heated. The property was in good shape and the house is very close to the beach.

Nice Stay, but...

This was a lovely home in a great location inside a gated community on the east side of Destin. Our family enjoyed our time here, and the communication from the property management company was great.I have no major complaints, but I think others should be aware that this home is starting to show the signs of wear that many rental properties have after years of use. Certain items in the house (furniture, shower heads, appliances) were damaged, we saw a few roaches, etc. It probably needs to come off line for a week or two in order to get some maintenance and have a deep cleaning.

The property was beautiful and clean. Very close to beach and many beach supplies in the garage. There was plenty of room for our group of nine. The pool was beautiful and we used it daily. The Destin Dreamer entertainment activity service was invaluable for booking golf and kid activities. Please consider providing the community gate code so guests can easily enter. We had to wait for a kind neighbor to let us in.

Amazing house

We had an amazing stay at this house. The house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantasticโ€”perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach. One of the best parts of the experience was the company that manages the house. They were always in touch and responded within seconds to any questions we had. They were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house had plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of storage. The pool man came twice during our stay so it was very clean and well maintained. The elevator was a big help. We would go back again.

Amazing House

We travel a lot and stay at many places. This was, BY FAR, the cleanest and best smelling house weโ€™ve ever rented! I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was a breeze from checkin to checkout. Comfy beds, comfy couches, plenty of room for everyone, everything was fabulous!!
