Destin's sugar-white sand beach and emerald waters are just steps away and can also be enjoyed with a direct and panoramic view of the beach and Gulf from your private balcony.
Unit 607 is completely renovated with unobstructed beach/water views, new furniture in both bedrooms, dining room, and living room including a leather Lazy Boy recliner. Other updates include: keyless entry, relocated refrigerator to improve sightlines (not many units offer this), quartz countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, ceiling fans, large flat screen TVs in every room, smart TV in living room, vinyl plank flooring and mirrored sliding closet doors in both bedrooms, new glass shower doors, new sliding glass balcony door leading to panoramic views, and an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath.
