Fabulous!

We stayed as a family of 6! While the space is small it was perfect. It’s vaca we don’t spend a ton of time in the unit! The large kitchen was wonderful. Enjoyed the washer and dryer in our room. We never heard our bottom neighbors. The air mattress was perfect for our little kiddos & the teens enjoyed the bunk beds. Location was fabulous we loved the crab trap & pool! We had a wonderful visit! Thank you!

Fantastic stay!

The house was very nice for my mom’s birthday weekend! Walking distance from the beach (2 mins), great food places, shopping areas, the pool, and beautiful views from the balconies!

Love this location

We love these villas for many reasons. The best of which is its location on Scenic Highway 98. It’s walking distance to the beach and restaurants with several within a mile walking distance is perfect. This villa is perfect for a couple or a young family.

Destiny Beach Villa

We stayed in 15A, the upper level of the villa. It was really pretty, decorated in white and blue. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and updated and everything worked well. We didn’t use the second bedroom, and it was very tiny. It would have worked if you had small kids, but I wouldn’t have wanted to put another adult in there as it was accessed through the primary bedroom.The pool was lovely and heated to a comfortable temperature, and the gorgeous beach was a short walk away.We enjoyed watching the turtles, fish, ospreys, ducks and egret on the lake at the back.Great stay! Thanks!

The villa was great. We did have an issue with people that were under us but management handled it and the rest of the stay was great !! The location was perfect being right by the beach the views were out of this world.

Our first vacation as a little family

My husband and I brought our 2-year-old daughter with us from Texas for our first family vacation, and we had an amazing time! The rental was incredibly clean, the grounds were quiet, and the lake view was GORGEOUS. We really enjoyed waking up each morning to watch the turtles and fish swim from the deck and having such a short walk to the beach! We would gladly rent here again in the future. Thank you for making our first family vacation so wonderful!

Great vacation spot!

The location is great and a 2 minute walk to the Beach. There is enough room for everything. Loved the place. I don’t don’t think it was swept from the last person but I’m glad we had a broom to clean it up.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property! The location was perfectly positioned in front of the pool and right across from the beach. With our 2 kids, proximity is everything! The property was adequately stocked but bring coffee filters ;) Check in was be try smooth and the rental company was super quick with their responses as well. We were very pleased all around!

Beach Paradise

Great townhome with incredible Destin beach under 5 minutes away! Loved the pond with the sea turtles in the backyard. Pool was terrible- cold and motel atmosphere. Come here for the beautiful white sand and blue green clear waters of the beach!

Great location

The property was five minutes walk from the beach and as advertised. I read some reviews mentioned the cleanliness but the place was very clean when I arrived. It was overall very quiet but nobody was staying below me, so I’m not sure what the noise level would be if that was occupied. Overall I loved my stay!
