We stayed over Christmas and the place was amazing. Close to a quiet private beach, restaurants, shopping, and very easy to access. The property company was friendly and checked on us often. The home was super clean and well decorated and views were just amazing.

Absolutely amazing stay. Property was exactly as listed and entire rental process was smooth. Would definitely recommend Emerald Dawn to families looking for luxury accommodations, quiet beachfront access, and central to many locations.

The home is fantastic and set up very well. We have stayed here twice and enjoy it very much. Glad to see the driveway was expanded and we could park 4 vehicles without hanging out in the road. The only issue we had was the clothes dryer. It took over 4 hours to dry a single load on either dryer. Not sure if it was us of the dryers.

Everything was great during our vacation. Everyone was accommodated and comfortable. The location of this house is convenient. We were able to enjoy a full kitchen and ate in our entire vacation other than our first night after arriving. The only thing we experienced issues with were parking and the elevator didn’t work.

This house was perfect! The layout was great- just steps from the beach. It was decorated very beautifully and professionally. Reyia K from Real Joy vacations was super helpful and responded quickly with the few questions we had. Would 100% go back.

Truly a hidden gem! Great for all ages and 10 steps from the beach. Every last detail in the house accounted for. We look forward to a reason to return soon!!

Loved the property and location but the management left bad tastes in mouth. It started with wrong address provided! We had to spend 30-40 minutes of internet search to find the correct address. Then, Only “starter” amenities provided, including only one toilet paper per bath room, tiny liquid dishwasher soap that was used up in first day, no trash bags, mechanical failures that required repair men and management staff to fix during our stay, etc. All this for a home that is advertised to sleep 18 people and charges a premium. Also, this and another property are the only ones in this upscale subdivision that did not pay for beach chairs and umbrella use for its guests. Overall, this is a beautiful property and with very little attention to details and care for well being of guests that pay a premium for use of it, the experience could have been a great one. Pity!

This house accommodates a lot of people very well. Beds are super comfy. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, but they were taken care of pretty quick. Easy check in and easy check out process. My only suggestion is to have one method or person to contact. Perhaps one email. It would make it much easier to search for instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here several years, had a couple years break while it was being sold and remodeled, and have always loved it!! Unfortunately, we won’t be able to return next year due to the major price increase!
