Great location and beautiful property

The complex is very big with 5 pools and a private beach! Location is perfect, close to Fort Walton, Pensacola and so much more! Near restaurant row and many cool waterfront pet friendly restaurants! The beaches and water are amazing!

Very nice!

We loved the king size bed and the comfortable pillows. The rooms are very spacious and clean and well decorated. We loved that there was a golf course in our back yard and everyone was friendly! It’s a great place for all ages. We will definitely be back!

Sand piper cove

Great location, great amenities. Gate staff very friendly and other residents are very nice. Lots of space to take nice walks and lots of poop stations which were very handy. Lots of things to do like swimming, golfing, tennis, shuffle board and beach access.

Convenient location

This is a nice unit although it is older. It could use some ac maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it for pets because there is not a lot of grass area around the buildings. Most of it is golf course where dogs are not allowed. The property is in a very convenient location for shopping and dining.

Nice condo.

A little far walk to the beach. But you have the option to drive across if you can find parking. The resort HOA does not allow beach canopies so only umbrellas. They have plenty of rental umbrellas but I would suggest bringing your own. Condo is in a good location for restaurants and activities. Condo didn't have any toilet paper.

Good place

Great location. Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking to drive to the beach. Multiple pools were nice since it meant one was close to our place. Guard shack didnt have our information when we got there so we were worried we would have an issue with checking. Resolved within 15 minutes. Place met all our needs except the listing states gym in the title and had no gym. Had to pay $20 per day at a local gym.

Clean & safe

Our stay was very nice. The complex is gated & as a single mom traveling with her son I felt very safe. The pool was clean, beach was beautiful, and the golf course looked very nice-although I do not golf lol. There are some small changes to this particular condo that I think would be helpful: the door to the laundry didn’t stay closed (a bit annoying when opening the outside door) and there are missing outlet covers in the smaller bedroom. But those were not things that would prevent me from renting again. Thank you for sharing your home :)

Nice condo, no TV or wifi

The condo is nice. It’s clean and roomy and has two balconies. It was further back on the property than we anticipated but we weren’t upset about that. What was very annoying was that none of the 3 TV’s in the unit worked during our entire stay. Additionally, the wifi went down on the second day and never came back up. I contacted Vacasa daily to try to get these things fixed, as we have two young children and needed some sort of entertainment when we were in the room. I kept being told that a ticket has been created but there was never any resolve and basically all I got from them at the conclusion of the trip was “sorry this happened.” Terrible customer service.

Spacious condo, Sandpiper is a nice/safe property, Needs some TLC

This condo was very spacious with wonderfully sized bedrooms, bathrooms, and windows. Up-to-date style and nicely decorated. Pros: Kitchen was well stocked, excellent balconies with plenty of seating, TVs provided in living room and both bedrooms, plenty of closet and dresser space. Generous amounts of towels/washrags were provided. Cons: Extremely moldy shower enclosures, none of the TVs worked as they should when we arrived (they were either missing remotes or had dead batteries), noisy beds (other reviews have complained of this), kitchen ice maker does not work, kitchen table varnish has disintegrated and is very sticky on top. I contacted Vacasa the evening we arrived. They were quick to fix the TV remote issues within 24 hours. This is a great 2-bedroom condo which is hard to find at Sandpiper. The biggest turn off for us was the mold in the showers, the rest of the issues were pretty minor. A little bit of attention to the items I've emailed to Vacasa would turn my review into a sold "5 star" rating.
