"The space was ideal for our family of four and my sister-in-law. I enjoyed a jog around the property, appreciating the marina and ponds. For 12, our family purchased a day pass at the clubhouse with access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout facilities. We love New Bern and this property's quick access to "town" was a perfect fit for our visit."

"Excellent location. Walking distance to waterfront, all of historic New Bern and easy access to hwy to get out of New Bern to go to the beaches. It’s not a fancy spot but well appointed and very clean and wonderful. I loved the back and front entry option!"

"This place was perfect. We brought our daughter's dog and it was wonderful to be able to let her out and down the steps to the safe, fenced area. We walked to the grocery store which was really convenient. The location was close to restaurants and the beach. Check-in was easy and great communication with the host. Perfect space for 3 adults and our dog."
