“The staff very professional. Room is clean, breakfast is great. Great location and very close to downtown”

“Very good ”

“Smelt a little of cigarettes”

“We arrived very late the day of our check in and I was worried because I had a notice saying if you expect to have a late check in you should call ahead and let the property know. I tried to call and was unable to reach the hotel. That night, nearly midnight we walked into the hotel lobby not sure how things were going to shake out, but immediately Amy put our worries to rest, had us checked in a matter of minutes and had explained the amenities and times when available, and just had a very……

“Would find liked it to be closer to downtown.”

“Excellent but I'll rate the breakfast a 5”

“Las fotos que aparecen en la página no son reales. El lugar es muy sucio”

“At the time of check in they charged me a 75 dollar incidents fee. The money was taking off my card and she kept trying to get me to pay another 75 dollars… I kept showing her my bank account to show that it came out yet and still she wanted me to pay another 75 dollars… Then she took my card and made copies of it which I don’t agree with cause now my card number is just sitting there for other people to get access to it… Other than that my stay was enjoyable…”

“The staff were wonderful and the location is excellent. I rated the property at a three because the room we had, although we had a great view, the AC was incredibly loud when running. Additionally, the toilet did not flush well, and the shower doors would open while in the shower.”

“Staff was very friendly”

“Definitely family friendly. Can check in and spent your whole vacation on site. Alot of activities for all ages. Pool cleaning was a little slack on the inside. But other then that no complaints.”

“The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.”

“Premium location and comfortable. Beautiful home. Excellent host and delicious breakfast !”

“Everything is perfect. The location, the staff, the food, and the house itself. Definitely will stay there again if we go to New Bern again.”

“My biggest problem was that the only chair in our room was the desk chair. Due to spinal stenosis I can no longer sleep in a bed. I have slept in a recliner for 7 years. The back on the desk chair was too low. I slept very little. My back hurt constantly. Because there was no where to elevate my legs by today my feet and ankles were swollen. There was 1 comfortable chair in the lobby. Each room needs a comfortable char and possibly an ottoman.”
