「The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. 」

「It was a lot of dogs there but otherwise it was an excellent day. Rooms was a good size. Nice and clean. I have forgotten my shampoo and I loved it that they hit shampoo conditioner. Thank you I’ll be coming back.」

「Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. The location was an easy walk to my symposium at the College of the Physicians, and the area is beautiful with many excellent restaurants and shops! 「This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.」

「We absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street).
