This was a very convenient process, everything was already taken care of when we arrived, and Xiang was very thorough with all requirements and was very communicative throughout the stay. I cannot say anything negative about the experience. If you’re moving to the area to work, this is a good place to get settled. The neighborhood is also very appealing.

Accommodates one well. Washing machine and dryer available in the basement but required step stool to access the dryer. Could use some updates.
