“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“They posted signs in the elevator stating water would be off the next day for 4 hours. Had I not went down to grab a drink I would never have known. Horrible to think you spent money to stay at a nice hotel and you are expected to not have running water. No compensation or anything.”

“The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. There was a leak from the toilet, but since I checked in quite late and didn’t want to go through the inconvenience of changing rooms, the staff was helpful and provided extra towels. I also noticed an additional charge on my card that I should not have received. It did take some time to get resolved, but thankfully, the issue was eventually corrected. Overall, despite these few inconveniences, I had a comfortable stay and appreciated the……
