“Interactions with the host were pleasant. Love the neighborhood and the vicinity to Italian Market, great restaurants and 4th St vintage shops. The apartment itself is fine, especially if you only intend to use the bedroom on the top floor. One of us who used the bedroom in the basement did not sleep well both nights due to a noisy HVAC system that is directly beside the bed. Maybe the closet housing the HVAC system could be insulated somehow? Upon our departure, dirty, moldy dishes were……

“We held Thankgiving at the property, and it was very comfortable. Nice common area with seating, dining and kitchen connected. Kitchen adequately supplied, table and chairs for 8. Neighborhood is experiencing a lot of renovation/building. Loved having an older house with character and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. When we arrive some lightbulbs were out, owner had someone come to replace that afternoon. Would definitely stay……

“This is a beautiful home, stocked with essentials, on a stunning street in a perfect neighborhood. The back, outdoor space is lovely for a morning cup of tea. The house is full of light and air, with lots of space to spread out. Even though there is only street parking, it wasn't an issue at all and we found a spot right away. It is located next to all the museums in the area. We have a senior dog, and the baby gates throughout the home were a welcomed addition ensuring we didn't have a senior……

“This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……
