He did not respond in a timely manner, and when issues came up during our stay, we were unable to reach him until the morning of checkout even after multiple attempts to call and message. Check-in itself went smoothly, but once inside, the house was not clean. There were visible signs of poor upkeep, including hair on the floors, and overall it did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests. We also ran into major issues with room access. Several……

“The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)……

“What an amazing stay for our family, there was something for everyone. If you forgot something they already thought of it. Beautiful lake, great for fishing. Everything is so well maintained. We sat on the deck every morning to eat and played board games every night. It was a mix of today and old school so my kids got to experience our childhood a little.
