「The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.)...

The home was clean but could use a deep clean in nooks and crannies, inside cabinets, baseboards. Check in and communication was great. Street parking was tricky on a busy Friday and Saturday night; even the parking garage was full; but we managed. 」
